Re: Gameface keeps loading at step 4

Hi all, after trying a lot, finally i get my gameface working. Just shared my experience here. in order to run gameface, you need to have the plugin "unity3d webplayer" to installed in your web browser. IE did support unity3d web player, but the gameface website isn't compatible to IE. I haven't get successful to set it up on my windows 10 64bit platform. however i managed to set it up on my windows 7 laptop. below is the hardware and software that i run.

- JAVA 32 bit (Version 8 Update 111)

- Go to control panel ------------- > open JAVA ----------"Security" -------------select "Add" then type the following "https://ssl-webplayer.unity3d.com" then "ok" exit.

- Firefox browser 32bit (Version 50.1.0) go to "https://unity3d.com/webplayer/setup" then will prompt you to install the plug in. just choose "Allow & Remember"

Dosen't work for me, still no photos in step 3.....

I've done all of this and am still stuck with a loading circle. It sure would be nice if EA could respond with some sort of solution, or suggested course of action

Hi, I already done this,a nd works well, but now in the step 4 mi image appear in the top left corner to much tiny and I cant fit it to the markers, what should I do???

Until this is resolved, skipping the adjustments at stage 3 of 5 (do flip horizontally or vertically if required) and then continuing with the process may allow your Game Face to be completed.

I'm trying that (despite it being near impossible) 

It keeps on loading past faces.

Currently I'm using macbook with latest sierra osx. I tried every method I can to upload gameface, including switching browser, resize image, I even ran parallels to upload through windows, but it still and always failed at the next part of step 5, showing "there was an error uploading your photos and generating your game face".

How do I fixed this? It's been a month I failed to upload and create gameface. Is there a bug in the gameface system or it's my own problem?

whats happening why is this not working! been trying so long!

It's been going for weeks... I've gotten the game in Christmas and I still haven't been able to use it. 

@EA_Barry its been over a month. Have you guys fixed the problem? Thats the whole reason I bought the game and I can't even use the feature.

I just purchased EA UFC 2 last week thinking I would import my face to the game using EA Game Face but it´s just impossible to start it. I´m stucked with "Generating Game Face" and it never ends. I already tried with Firefox, Chrome and Internet Explorer and it´s always the same. God it´s very very frustrating! Any solution for this problem EA?
