Re: G.O.A.T. Mode freezing
Hello,
Thanks for all getting back to us on one single thread, this makes it a lot easier to help you guys. I know these steps come across as extremely basic however they have helped many users in the past get back into the game. Especially in this situation as the issue isn't wide-spread, which is why we have to go through this process. With that in mind, if you have already tried to restart your app & console I would advise you to try to remove you & add your gamertag to your xbox. This won't delete any of your data, it merely helps with some sync issues that may occur:
- Press the Xbox button to open the guide.
- Select System > Settings > Account > Remove accounts.
- Select the account you want to remove (the one that’s experiencing the gameplay issue), and then select Remove.
Once the account has been removed from your console, download your profile again to create a fresh version of the account data. Here's how:
- Press the Xbox button to open the guide.
- Select your gamerpic in the upper-left corner of the screen, move all the way down and select Add new.
- Type in the email address and password that you use to access your Microsoft account (the same account that you just removed).
If you are still unsuccessful please try to deleted the saved data linked to this game:
- Press the Xbox bottom to open the guide, and then select My games & apps.
- Highlight the game title, and then press the Menu button on your controller.
- Select Manage game.
- Scroll to the right, highlight the saved data for your gamertag under Saved Data, and then press A on your controller.
- Select Delete from console to remove the local save of this game.

If you are still unable to play without any of the mentioned issues would you be kind enough to get back to us with the following information:
GamerTag:
Game Mode:
Fighter used (created fighter/existing fighter):
The more information we have on this, the more chances we have to being able to investigate should the need arise.
Thanks,
Roger.
