Re: G.O.A.T. Mode freezing

It crashes at all load-screens, apparently right before it can get to 1%

I've tried all troubleshooting solutions and hard reset my Xbox One.

I've merged your posts in here as other players have been encountering this issue. Some of our players have let us know that the issue has since been resolved thanks to the first tuner released on the 30th you can check out the details here. Another portion of our players were able to launch the game by following the steps I've shared on my post here.

Thanks for getting back to me so quickly & for trying those steps, I'm sorry to hear you are still having this issue. I think creating a new fighter may indeed be the best course of action here, could you keep us in the loop on this one and let me how you get on here.

i have tried all the steps and created several different fighters, ending with the same outcome. it won't get any further than 0% and freezes completely.

I have the same exact issue with my Xbox One S. I win my first match in career mode, go to simulate recovery and it freezes. I followed the steps outlined, (Remover Gamer Tag, Recover, Remove saved data, etc) and it still happens. 

How can we solve the issue on PS4. You guys haven't set up a solution for that particular system yet....

 mine is still not working. I have tried all the recommended steps.

Dear EA,

I had just recently purchased UfC 3 icon edition and it was a whole lot of fun up until it started freezing. I have tried all of the "tips" for the freezing game and crashing in career mode. I have made two characters and both came to the same conclusion, they both ended up freezing. The whole game crashes once one person, either the opponent or myself, throws a punch. I was wishing to fully enjoy this game because I have played since UFC the first one that ever came out and this bug is just ruining the game not only for me but also for others in the community. I only wish that you guys start looking into this issue because your fanbase is slowly dying. I know that you guys have ignored this issue. because people have been reporting it since the release and now its July and the freezing glitch still occurs.

Still doing the same, I didn’t have this issue on goat mode and didn’t have any issues until the recent icon update now anytime I fight my game just freezes and closes down

tried with normal characters and created all the same. Tried online normal fight and custom all freezing as soon as I start to fight

Followed the steps below but am still having issues with the game crashing on the loading screen of a fight. Gets to about 45% and makes a buzzing nosies and the game crashes and goes back to the xbox homepage.
