Re: Please do something about the cheaters in UFC 3 UT

@Infernopommes

We encourage all players to report suspected cheaters and/or abusive players via the methods in-game. If a game doesn't have an in-game reporting system, please report them via Xbox Live/PlayStation Network so those reports are sent to the proper teams for investigation. Cheaters in games are one of the top things I hate myself, super frustrating to deal with and I'm sorry it's making it not as enjoyable as of lately. Our sports teams have been adding more features lately to allow players to report others misbehaving so this trend should continue as newer EA titles are developed.

Thank youf or your concerns, @Infernopommes, and help in making UFC 3 more fun for everyone. Good luck in your next fight!

    Okay, I have taken the time once again to report someone, supported by two videos as evidence.

    The link provided is the same I used for my previous reports that lead nowhere. Let's see if anything will happen.

    I got a reply within a few hours on Wednesday that it will be looked into. I have face the reported person on Saturday, so clearly nothing happend (or it just takes a bit more time to investigate ...).

    It says "no fix available" on the status of my report (where it normally says "closed"), what does that mean?

    Faced the person again today and of course they did the same cheats.

    This might be an odd question, but is there any way at all to work for the cheater remove team in UFC 3?

    I have lots of time on my hand, and I know the game very well, so I can easily spot exploits and cheats. I understand that I would have probably stop playing then because of conflict of interest, but I would give up my daily habit to make the game better for anyone else. The cheater problem got seriously worse in the past week.

    I understand that this is a silly request and most people might even think it's laughable, and it might even be just an emotional overreaction. I just love the game so much.

    @Infernopommes That is one of the close reasons for a case when our Support team cannot actually fix an in-game issue and must be addressed by development.

    These reports must be submitted via in-game for the games that host reporting features and/or submit suspected cheaters through Xbox Live/PlayStation Plus. It's possible the player received a warning, suspension, or no action was taken while they need to gather more examples from the community. Will relay your concerns along to the UFC team though, thank you for helping keep fights clean!
