Re: UFC 4 saying I do not own the game

@TOGTEG Dude I got it to work and hopefully it works for everyone else.

 

The game installs from EA access, but you click play and it says that I dont own. So I click on Microsoft store. When it brings me to the ufc 4 game in the store, the option to play is there. Instead, theres a dots button to the right of play.  I click that, and the only option says trial. I click on that.

 

Few second later. Now I can play the game . Best of luck!

    Hey, all!

    In order to play the game right now you must be an EA Access member. Pre-ordering the game does not grant early access to the game. Those that are playing right now have 10 hours of game time as a perk from being an EA Access member.

    If you are an EA Access member, please visit the EA Access hub and go to Play First Trials. From there, you'll be able to download UFC 4 and launch it within that hub or within your games library. If you are attempting to launch it through the Microsoft Store, another player mentioned you'l need to switch it to the trial version on the drop down or else it will attempt to launch your pre-ordered version, in which you'll get a message you're attempting to play a game too early before it's official release.

    This doesn't even work still tells you to download from the store even on ea access hub

    When you visit your Xbox/Microsoft account do you see an active EA Access membership or does it show pending?

    It says active or atleast has a tick in the box like I have 3 accounts I've got ea access on all 3 and xbox live on all 3 and it still will not work I haven't even played 2 mins of the trial yet I've been speaking to ea all day and they said the problem is on the players end not there's. I'm on my account that I already have ea access and xbox live and that doesnt work either. The fact you can't download it from ea access and have to do it from the store ea access details esnt even read that you have the game installed it still asks you to install the game just proves that the problem must be on ea side not the players.

    @Dredz15 Can you check to see if your Xbox has a software update pending? You'e already tried reinstalling the EA Access app and power cycled the console, right?

    I don't have any updates pending and yes I've done that about 10 times and still doesn't work

     To me it doesn't make sense that they can have known about this problem since Saturday and its still not sorted, even if they just took it off ea access until it was sorted.
