Did you have a chance to try setting up a static IP for your Xbox? Are you still having any sort of crashes?

Are you also playing on Xbox One, or do you play on a different platform? Have you been seeing any error messages at all when it happens?

Is it crashing consistently at a certain place in the game (for example: on a loading screen, during Legend select, at a specific place on the map) or is it just random? Does it happen if you sign into other Gamertags on the same console?

Crashed in menus, all game modes, any length of time in matches, multiple profiles on my xb1x and i've played on the other 3 xb1s consoles in my household all with the same result. Never had any issue with Apex until S4 assimilation dropped. Ever since then it started and just got more frequent, sometimes 8 or 9 in a row and I just switch to another game

Hmm, I see. Do you have a lot of people on your friends list? If so, can you try clearing out some of them to see if that makes a difference at all? It might sound weird, but we have seen cases where a large friends list seems to be a factor in crashes like this. Others have reported that removing some friends has helped prevent the crashes.

That's probably fine. The people I saw who said deleting friends had a lot more, so that's likely not related in this case. 

While you're playing Apex Legends do you have any streams or anything like that running on the same internet connection? I've also seen cases where other network usage can lead to crashes like this. Try limiting the amount of other activity on your network if at all possible and see if that makes a difference for you at all. Let me know how that goes for you.

I've played where only my console is wired to the modem and disconnected  the router and still have issues. Changed the visual settings to the lowest and every other idea both tech support and I could think of
