Hi there, @jdo3_50.

I'd like you to power cycle your equipment with the following steps: unplug your modem, router and console. After 2 minutes plug in the modem and router. Let them come back online completely. Then plug in your console and start it up. Let me know if that helps or not. Thanks!

  • Hi you must be joking right? Im sure this person didn't come here to have you tell them to reset their router not knowing whoelse lives in the house or even if they have access to it. For the people who DONT have access to their router when will this fix come? I've seen posts back in march and yet nothing as i still sit in the loading screen because this game kicked me before the drop.

    Power cycling your equipment has been known to resolve issues like this. We're not aware of a problem with the game that is causing disconnects so we need to go through troubleshooting to try to find out why they are occurring. We always start with power cycling as it resolves numerous issues.
