I think this is a new bug that came into the game, but it needs to be fixed ASAP. It really made me think I was banned from playing the game today.

@EA_David,This issue could possibly affect other accounts that are not 500, but for those who are, it seems to be the majority of them that have the bug. The fact that my friend logged on to my account on a completely different system with the same result leaves the only contributing factor to the error in my case being level 500. I am waiting to hear back from a couple friends who are also 500 on PC to see if they are having the same problem.

@KirbyyXD I contacted support, showed them a twitch clip, and received a script response of doing a bunch of random crap. I completely reinstalled Windows, Origin, and started fresh, same problem. Had my friend login to my account on their computer, same issue. So it's 100 percent bound to being level 500. I can log on to an alt account that's not 500 and play just fine.

We need immediate attention to this subject. I'm so close to level 500. EA any response? Fixes?

When you reach Level 500 on Apex Legends, you'll get this error message and will be unable to sign into your account and play the game. Switching servers also won't work. @EA_David I tried logging into another console still doesn’t work and I get into the lobby but everything’s locked and I can’t do anything but play a match then right after it kicks me back out

PC here, same problem. Punished for 500.
