Hey there,
We're looking into the Battlepass purchase issues alongside the other issues that are currently happening. The overall connection problems are most likely affecting the store as well. I'd say give it some time, and once the main issues are fixed hopefully the Battlepass will come through on its own.

This happened to me as well I have been playing since season 2 and bought almost all of the battle passes and this glitch is the first thing I’ve ever seen happen with the battle pass.
The game charged me several times for a battle pass that is not being shown on my account. It also took over ten thousand of my legend tokens to unlock Valk. Am I going to refunded my apex coins and legend tokens as well? It is unacceptable if not.
I still have not received the battle pass after this same issue happened to me on day 1.

If you still haven't received the Battlepass please reach out to the EA Help team so they can take a look. I'm afraid that isn't something we can help with directly here on Answers HQ.

Hi,
i have the same issue and came here because EA help via Twitter told me to look on the forums. They cannot help me. I have also had contact for over 2 weeks via email. The battle pass ends in 14 days and i’m afraid it won’t be solved in time. Please help!
