When you've got the chance I'd recommend getting in touch with the EA Help team so they can pull up your account and take a look. I'm afraid that missing content isn't something we would be able to help with here on Answers HQ. 

For more details on how you can set up a case with them visit the EA Help website. If you prefer you can also speak with them via Twitter or Facebook as well.

    I have the same issue as OP and when i contacted EA Help they sent me here even tho i said that you sent another person with same issue. she wouldnt help me cuz she didnt have a so called option to cehck "missing twitch prime skins". so what are we suppose to do since we cant get help from any EA support staff?
