Re: Game says I have ban, when i have no history of bans????

Sorry for any confusion there. It's briefly mentioned in that second paragraph you screenshot, but certain in-game bans or suspensions will not show up on that page.

If you're seeing a ban message in-game, please do create an appeal with our Terms of Service team regardless of what's showing up on that page. They'll be able to look into that for you further and will reach back out via email, thanks.

It's feedback we've seen a fair amount of, so it could definitely be more clear. That part of the site is fairly new in itself, so we're still getting that all fleshed out. 👍

Im having the same issue lol. I just want to game with my friends and this exact thing happends. I already filled out the contact information for them and i hope it doesnt take too long.
