    @aestheticc exact same thing happened to me, twice in about 3-4 days.
    First time, after wiping a team four days ago, game crashed and I got that message. I opened it again and finished the match.
    Second time, just a couple of minutes ago, no deathboxes near, on a duo, the other team wasn't even near, as soon as we started getting shot from far the game crashed and got the same message :/

    I just figured out that there is memmory issue on my PC after the APEX crashes.
    In case there is no other applications, I see that there is more than 70% RAM consumption, but I cant see any applications consuming memmory, so I have empty dispatcher and filled memory. Also I cant restart apex for several minutes until memory will clear itself. It tells me that "APEX ALREADY RUNNING"

    For me this seems like canonical memory leak... Unfortynately I cant find any logs in system events or else as I'm playing apex on steam @EA_David  sorry for ping just wanted you to see it
    And well yeah...it's also on Olympus

    This issue only started to happen after I upgraded my monitor and started playing on 1440 resolution. The bug only happens to me whenever I am about to loot a death box, which may be related to the dead player's banner image. It just happened to me now on Olympus around 5:00 PM PT and I was able to restart my PC to join the match again, only to find myself dead from the ring.
