Re: UI images ran out of room
Having this same issue as well, it's happening quite frequently, 1 in 3 games with a premade squad at ranked Olympus. It has not happened before last split, only this split in S15 ranked Olympus. I am in Singapore server

Where did the issue occur? In a match
Which part of the map or menu were you in? If you don't remember the exact name, please describe the area or what you were trying to do in the menu. Multiple different places in Olympus, I don't remember exactly.
What were you doing when the issue occurred? E.g. respawning a squad mate at a beacon, using an ability, a squad mate left the game. All of it happened in ranked Olympus, playing with a premade squad of 3. Situation 1, I was waiting as I hear enemies come close, then Apex crashed, I have not shot a single bullet nor see the enemy before I crashed. Situation 2, just started the gunfight with enemies and Apex crashed while I was shooting. Situation 3, started gunfight with enemies, went into cover and then Apex crashed. All happened with different guns multiple times.
Did your squad mates also experience the issue? Yes but different timing, sometimes only me, sometimes one of my squadmates, sometimes 2 of us crashed at almost the same time. It happened to all 3 of us, I am the most frequently affected one, crashing 1 out of every 3 games. We're all playing on PC with mouse and keyboard

How often does the bug occur? Often (30% - 50%)
How severe is your issue? Major impacts to gameplay, it keeps happening and I am losing RP
What happens when the bug occurs? The game locks up and closed out with a white screen and a little dialog box Engine Error window saying, UI images ran out of room.
What should be happening instead? Game stays open and allows me to play.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Play Olympus right now. Not sure if it is map related or just the entire game, I have only been playing ranked Olympus the whole time with a premade squad of 3.
