Re: Game crashes when I click Art under Banners

Hi, I get this error too, I play on PC. Been having this error since I started Apex again (which was a couple weeks ago) - thought it would be fixed in an update, but it has not yet. My friends, who are also on the same platform as me, do not have this issue. I have tried repairing my game and reinstalling, but to no avail.

Is it when you're trying to edit the tracker art too, and with the exact same error? Is it crashing with all of them, or just a specific tracker art?

Hi, I'm also having the exact same error -- It happens when I try to edit the tracker art, where the screen freezes before the error screen pops up (I didn't even get to see the list of tracker arts I have). This only happens after I unlocked the Cherry Bomb tracker art in the Battle Pass, and I didn't have this issue before, so I suspect it has something to do with the Cherry Bomb tracker art.

Good to know, thank you for the extra context! Two quick questions if that's ok:

1. What platform do you play on?
2. Since you've unlocked the Cherry Bomb tracker art, does this happen with any tracker art, or just specifically that one?

1) I play on PC, Origin Games
2) I simply cannot enter the tracker art screen as it freezes and crashes when I try to click on it (so I was at a state where I cannot gain access or edit my other legends' tracker art whatsoever), this only happens after I unlocked the Cherry Bomb art in the battle pass

I'm glad the studio was aware of this, hope this gets fixed in the next update!
