Please try to activate your codes on following website. Get sure that you are logged in with your Origin account. If you still having trouble, get in contact with one of our Game Advisor. They can check your account and help you to get back in to the game. Once your game is activated via Origin, you are able to download the gameclient in your "My Games" library.
