You are already running another Battlelog game, please exit this game first
Every time I exit the server or get kicked out, I have to restart the entire EA App just to get back into the game. It’s really annoying, and sometimes it doesn’t even work on the first try. Restarting the EaBackground service doesn’t fix the issue at all. Here’s what I’ve already tried: Deleted the EA Desktop and Electronic Arts folders in ProgramData Cleared the cache Completely reinstalled the game (cleaned the registry + removed all leftover files and caches) Reinstalled Windows itself The problem is clearly not on my end — I asked several other players on the server and they have the exact same issue There were no problems like this back when we were using Origin. The issues started exactly when EA App replaced it — they basically broke Battlefield 3 completely. EA APP WINDOWS 10 22H233Views0likes5Commentsbattlefield 1 "you have lost connection to EA servers"
I have purchased battlefield 1 on Steam (Windows 10) within the last 12 hours, excited to play multiplayer online with a friend. I played through the intro bit and all went well up until I got to the main menu and "you have lost connection to EA servers" popped up. After retrying to connect a few times, I've searched through many forum pages, many YouTube tutorials and many firewall settings to try and fix the issue. I have reset cache numerous times, I have changed multiple firewall settings (eg disabling "rules" and allowing it on public network , I even at one point entirely disabled firewall in the hopes that it'd at least temporally solve the problem but alas, it didn't), I have validated the files on steam twice and it detects that there's a couple missing/corrupt files, so it patches and all that but when I launch again, it doesn't work. I've followed random tutorials on YouTube changing my DNS and etc. I have no idea what to do to fix the problem and the faq link that the error message says to go to was no help whatsoever, and I'm sure many other's feel the same way. Please help me here.Solved6.1KViews0likes11CommentsYOU HAVE LOST CONNECTION TO THE EA SERVERS
The subject says it all... This is infuriating. I cannot go more that 5-10 minutes in a game without being disconnected from the lobby and taken to the main menu with the same message over and over again - "YOU HAVE LOST CONNECTION TO THE EA SERVERS." I'm trying to play on Xbox One, is this just a console thing or what?? Why are EA servers SO BAD!Solved94KViews17likes48CommentsBattlefield 4 emblems has stopped working for everyone on PC
A couple of weeks ago i noticed the emblem stopped showing ingame. It worked for some people but now it wont work for anyone. We have discussed this together on the servers and on discord and reddit, so its not only for me. Its for everyone. I have tried several differnt combinations of deleting and creating emblems from both the battlelogg and the companion app website. Strangely the emblem still show up in BF1. The clan/platoon tag still works. but only if you create it in battlelog. Via the companion app it wont show up ingame. I would love to have my pikatchu emblem back and seeing others creative emblems makes the game more fun!mutherimorso5558 hours agoSeasoned Novice35Views1like2Commentshow to find the productkey, for a downloade game ??

Hi EA team, I’m reaching out regarding the “Test Your Mettle” achievement in Battlefield Hardline. Since the official servers have been shut down, this achievement has become unobtainable, as it relies on online features no longer accessible. Many completionists and fans of the Battlefield series are disappointed, as this prevents 100% completion of the game. I kindly ask that you consider issuing a fix or workaround for this achievement, such as unlocking it automatically or adjusting the criteria so it can be completed another way. Battlefield Hardline still holds a place in many players' hearts, and addressing this issue would mean a lot to the community. Thank you for your time and consideration. Best regards1.2KViews23likes16CommentsWeekly weapons Scrap Exchange updates
I have calculated the theoretical amout of scraps you would need if every item would appear in the weekly exchange and you could buy it that way. Amount of scraps needed by category and total: 10.000 x 17 = 170.000 2.000 x 195 = 390.000 800 x 262 = 209.600 300 x 372 = 111.600 TOTAL x 846 = 881.200 Puzzles are NOT taken into account here! Meaning the number would be higher still. But since you tend to get all pieces over time with the OP Battlepacks I excluded them from here. At least without the special rare melee weapons which are otherwise unobtainable like the Ararebo, Coupe Coupe, Arditi Dagger(still unobtainable, has never been seen in the exchange) and Barbed Wire Bat If we assume the average loot per day looks like this we roughly get 1k scraps every day 30+90+270 & 90+270+270 = 1020/day Now that we have the total amount of scraps needed and a rough estimate on the average loot based on personal experience from over 1 year of daily grinding we can calculate how many days of grinding we need to earn the necessary scraps to be able to buy every skin in the game which looks like this: 881.200/1020 = 863.922 days This accumulates to this timeframe of DAILY grinding needed to earn every skin in the game: 2 years 4 months ~2 weeks (11 days) Again, this is assuming all skins where available in the exchange which is far from the case making the situation even worse. This timeframe is unacceptable for a AAA game you paid over 100€ for at release, me included. Some free2play games involve less grinding than this just to earn some textures. I understand that there was monetary incentive behind making the game intentionally grindy (though I still find this practice to be in a AAA game unacceptable by principle) to boost Battlepack sales. But this game is almost 8 years old now and I really doubt you're making anywhere close to the amount of money compared to the release period. Meaning there is no more incentive to make this game intentionally grindy anymore. My suggestion would be to either remove the daily limit of Operation Battlepacks, increase the limit from 2 to something like 4 or 5 per day or have them drop 2 or 3 crates instead of 1 at a time. Unlike currently this is much more respectful of the players time. Money is one thing but to disrespect the players time to this extent when we know that everyones time is limited both in daily terms and total just so you get some textures is ridiculous. Due to the age of the game please reconsider the current way of earning scraps to make it more tolerable. I've come too far to give up now but most people don't have this patience. Me included (for future or other games) since this will be the last game I'll grind this much for. If the next Battlefield turns out to be this grindy I'll really think twice before buying something which doesn't respect anyones time. Thanks in advance, hope to see some changes to this system!52KViews25likes4163CommentsBanned without playing a single game
I just bought Battlefield 1 from steam today and after opening it I got the message " Your account has been banned. Your account's been banned from accesing this game. To appeal the ban open your ban history. Error code: EC:10901" when I open the ban history page I get the message "No history. You have no violations or appeals on your account." Right now I sent an appeal ticket to EA and waiting for their response. Did any of you faced same issue? I searched a little in forums but it seems people facing the same issue years ago didn't solve it. For the record I played only single player Titanfall some years ago. I also got the same message there but I didn't do anything related to that too. Is there a general problem?7eaudpnpwx941 day agoSeasoned Newcomer204Views0likes8CommentsInternet disconnects automatically whenever BF1, 4, even 5 are booted up.
Anyone solved this or is EA solving the problem? I find BF1, 4, and 5 unplayable. They all disconnect my wifi and I have to keep restarting my PC. I have no issues with BF6. I played these previous games on PC for years and had no issues. What is going on?BATTLEFIELD 4 SCREEN FREEZES MID-GAME
This is really annoying. I bought BF4 during the spring sale, but ever since I started playing, the screen freezes mid-game, or it freezes right after one game ends and the next one starts, or sometimes after about 12 minutes when joining a server. The worst part is that it doesn't save any of my progress, leveling up, or unlocked accessories. I've looked for solutions everywhere. - I've already updated my Nvidia GPU drivers, reinstalled and added the game to PunkBuster, deleted the Battlefield 4 folder in Documents, repaired the game and all its add-ons, and completely reinstalled the game and add-ons. I've enabled administrator privileges, disabled all available overlays from the EA app and MSI Afterburner (although I tried without using MSI Afterburner and it still freezes), tried launching the game in a browser and in the game itself, and it freezes sooner or later in both. I've also enabled Windows Firewall and used Windows repair commands like sfc. I've tried running `/scannown` or `DISM` and nothing works. It's gotten so bad that I'm thinking of quitting this game altogether. I've never had a similar error in any other game. I have Battlefield 3 and it works perfectly. Anyway, if anyone has a solution, I'd be eternally grateful. 🙏 Edit: In case you're wondering, it's not overheating and the FPS is very low, and the problem persists.Steam BF1 issue
Hello! I just recently bought Battlefield 1 for the first time and was ecstatic to play it. I found the revolution edition on Steam for only $2. HOWEVER, after downloading it and trying about every fix I've seen people put out, I cannot get it to work. I've even deleted it all then did a clean install, and ensured my drivers were updated, it still hasn't worked. Here is the loop I'm stuck in: I attempt to start the game It begins to launch, then pulls up a prompt and has me (re)install the EA App and EA Anti-Cheat It will pull up the EA App, which will say preparing game That just closes, not opening the game Steam just validates the files I genuinely don't know what to do. If anyone has any and all help, I would be extremely grateful.ThyFoxtrot1 day agoRising Newcomer67Views0likes1CommentBattlefield 4 premium edition issue
I wanted to say that I just bought BF4 premium Edition on steam and when I started it showed all DLCs and such are installed and even double checked to see if everything was there everything shows up fine but the issue I'm having is that I'm not receiving the premium benefits like camos, knives, and battle packs. I'm not sure why this happening I know my account are connected I even checked the EA app and it's saying I own it and such but it's not showing in my DLCs but saying it's in my library basically I have premium but not the benefits sorry for the slight rant, could anyone help me with this issue?32Views0likes1CommentBattlefield 1 Asia servers and ping

This problem started two days ago. Everything was working fine before that. Have other Battlescreen users encountered this issue? Or has EA disabled Battlescreen? I've tried all browsers and reinstalled all software, including a clean install of Windows—but the problem persists. So it shouldn't be my issue. Additionally, I can't join servers that require a password through Battlelog because the password input box doesn't appear. It jumps directly to the server joining process and then displays "Unable to join server: wrong password." EA/DICE please fix the above issues.117Views1like8CommentsBattlefield 1 & V bug freezes my PC - hard reset needed - faulty anti cheat
UPDATE: I managed to get a normal crash rather than a full system freeze. Go on registry editor, at HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\GraphicsDrivers and make sure TdrLevel registry key is set to Decimal 3. If there is no "TdrLevel" create a new DWORD value, set Decimal and set to 3. Then restart your PC. My crash message looks like this now: DirectX Error DirectX function "GetDeviceRemovedReason" failed with DXGI_ERROR_DEVICE_HUNG. GPU: "", Driver: "25.5.1 (25.10.01.09-250425a-415182C-AMD-Software-Adrenalin-Edition)". This error is usually caused by the graphics driver crashing; try installing the latest drivers. Also, make sure you have a supported graphics card with at least 1024 MB of VRAM. This doesn't solve the issue since the game is still causing crashes but at least it solves the hard freeze. By opening Event Viewer I can see more info about the crashes: Faulting application name: bf1.exe, version: 1.0.0.0, time stamp: 0x67924d43 Faulting module name: bf1.exe, version: 1.0.0.0, time stamp: 0x67924d43 Exception code: 0x80000003 Fault offset: 0x00000000002eaedd Faulting process id: 0x0x4B20 Faulting application start time: 0x0x1DBCF6301395123 Faulting application path: D:\SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\Battlefield 1\bf1.exe Faulting module path: D:\SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\Battlefield 1\bf1.exe Report Id: 06c26cb6-f765-4768-a57c-b442d5ae6366 Faulting application name: EADesktop.exe, version: 13.468.0.5981, time stamp: 0x6827adff Faulting module name: libGLESv2.dll, version: 2.1.19909.0, time stamp: 0x63ced377 Exception code: 0xc0000409 Fault offset: 0x00000000004b7c55 Faulting process id: 0x0x17A8 Faulting application start time: 0x0x1DBCF62F3565FC5 Faulting application path: C:\Program Files\Electronic Arts\EA Desktop\EA Desktop\EADesktop.exe Faulting module path: C:\Program Files\Electronic Arts\EA Desktop\EA Desktop\libGLESv2.dll Report Id: f554f8e7-f1e1-48c4-8a62-97e481b7dd00 Faulting application name: bf1.exe, version: 1.0.0.0, time stamp: 0x67924d43 Faulting module name: KERNELBASE.dll, version: 10.0.22621.5331, time stamp: 0xe44cbdc8 Exception code: 0x887a0006 Fault offset: 0x00000000000601dc Faulting process id: 0x0x7364 Faulting application start time: 0x0x1DBCF6504D7C504 Faulting application path: D:\SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\Battlefield 1\bf1.exe Faulting module path: C:\Windows\System32\KERNELBASE.dll Report Id: 330ebf06-1e99-453a-8e99-b0fe46728003 These were generated from 2 different crashes, first 2 errors on one crash, the second on another crash. Last crash it seems kernelbase.dll crashed bf1, which still suggests the anti-cheat is at fault here. Below you have the original post with the previous edits: I am experiencing this issue on BF1. As far as I've seen across the forums, the same anti cheat system was installed on BF V as well, and plenty of similar posts across the forums for both of the games. It has to do with the new anti-cheat system. I've played for 200 hours (stopped a few months ago, before the new anti-cheat update) and when I started playing again yesterday I can get in a game, and within a few minutes to a few dozen minutes the game will literally freeze (audio continues to work for a while), i can move my mouse around on the frozen bf1 game but I am unable to do any command (alt+tab, ctrl+alt+delete, windows+tab, ctrl+shift+win+b, alt+f4 etc), literally nothing. After a little while my mouse stops working too , audio cuts off and my PC is left in a frozen state, on the last frame of the battlefield game right before the freeze. This has to do with the crap anti cheat system that works at a kernel level. Perhaps it has to do with certain CPU architectures and it not being optimized for all. My system specs are: AMD Ryzen 9 7950X AMD 7900 XTX G.Skill 64 GB RAM 6000Mhz BF1 is the only game that does this. I've also noticed I am having stutters in the game, especially the minutes before having a crash. I tried every type of fix like setting my power plan to balanced (popular fix online - doing this allowed my to have my longest session of like 20-30 minutes i think, but still crashed my PC), updating the anti cheat system from its tool .exe, removing the anti cheat files and verifying integrity on steam, trying to run on compatibility mode, running the CPU on one CCD, etc) and no luck. It's clearly the problem is from the new update and since the new update introduced a new anti cheat system and the crash seems to be a kernel-level type of crash since it requires a hard reset of the whole PC, I think we have the answer -> faulty anti cheat system, possibly on the ryzen architecture CPUs, mine being AM5. EA, I am tired of trying fixes and I will stop trying fixes since I have hard rebooted my PC at least 5 times trying to fix your faulty update. Get this sorted ASAP. EDIT: Based on the comments, it looks like there are plenty others with Intel PCs that have the same problems as well. It seems that it happens on both Intel and AMD CPUs as well as both NVIDIA and AMD GPUs. This enforces the idea that it is the anti-cheat that is causing the crash but it widens the search for the problem within the anti-cheat since it's no longer AM4/AM5 only. Harder for the devs, but at least we know it's not our PCs/drivers. The behavior seems to be a bit different depending on each case: some people have the same symptoms as me, others nearly the same but it ends with a BSOD, others have a freeze for a few seconds but PC recovers rather than crashing. EDIT 2: It seems that the anti-cheat is causing the GPU drivers to hard-crash at the kernel level therefore freezing the PC. Looks like it happens on a very different mix of platforms, different amd&intel&nvidia combos. If you have the same problem try stating what apps u have open as well, the ones running in the background too. Maybe it's an overlay issue or idk...Kayl0n2 days agoRising Traveler4.6KViews10likes82Comments- blak2026_go2 days agoNew Novice106Views0likes6Comments
