Ill make this short.. Any time i try and launch ANY of my Battlefield games, 1.. V.. 2042, battlefront (from steam, and EA launcher) They pop up the loading screen like they are about to launch, then all the sudden it closes. No errors, nothing at all. Is there a fix to this? ive tried about everything18Views0likes1CommentRepeated disconnects from Battlefield 1
Been having this issue since the update that introduced EA anticheat a few months ago. After playing in any game, any server, for anywhere from 15mins to an hour, will be booted randomly, with the message "YOU HAVE LOST CONNECTION TO THE EA SERVERS. Online features will be unavailable. Please try again. Please check ea.com/unable-to-connect for more information." Upon hitting the "Go Online" button, I immediately am reconnected and can join the same or another server, but will be booted in even less time. Ping is reliably 50-75, no packet loss, hardwired internet, have multiple people on my network both wired and wireless playing this game on different devices who do not have this issue. No firewall trips, full access, have repeatedly uninstalled and reinstalled BF1, EA app, and BF4, run countless Steam file verifications, and issue persists. Issue does not happen on BF4. I have 300 hours in this game, love it to death and back, and it is now unplayable. Any help appreciated.JesusMkIII5 hours agoSeasoned Newcomer25Views0likes2CommentsDisconnection from Battlefield 1
Hey guys! I have a problem with disconnection from Battlefield 1! Yeah I'm a player like anyone else and I was disconnected like 5 or 6 time when I was playing operations and at every disconnection I lost all my progress made it in middle game. I don't cheat neither hacking and my internet network works fine. Am I banned or something cause I created a ticket to EA about this problem and wait for answer.Solved864Views1like4Commentsmy BF1 account banned unfairly. Site and support not working properly.
Hello, my account banned in battlefield 1 ! i have opened a case on the website, but I am unable to respond to your messages there due to a technical issue on your side — there is no place to reply. Therefore, I am replying via email. The support has been very poor and unhelpful — you are not providing real assistance. Case Number: #217070009 Here is my issue: I am a long-time Battlefield player and my account is very old. However, I haven’t played Battlefield 1 for around 6–7 years, maybe even longer. Now, when I tried to play again, I was shocked to find that my account is banned for no reason. This is unfair and unjust — there are no words to describe the injustice I’ve experienced. I have never used any cheating software — the ban was completely uncalled for. Even on your website, it shows that my account has no active bans, but when I try to play, I get a message saying my account is banned. In the case, I have attached two images that support my statements. However, I cannot continue responding to the open case due to a glitch in your website. Please take immediate action to lift the ban on my account. Thank you. ive tried to launch my game and it says that it requires admin previllages, i have then applied "run program as admin" to the BF1.exe, EAAntiCheat.GameServiceLauncher.exe, EAAntiCheat.Installer.Tool.exe and the EA app. and it is still requiring admin perms any ideas?fwoodzy0311 hours agoRising Newcomer137Views0likes15CommentsBattlefield 1 doesn't launch
Hi, I'm dealing with a super frustrating issue. I bought Battlefield 1 on Steam and it launched successfully the first time. I played it once with no problems. But ever since then, the game refuses to launch. When I click "Play" on Steam, the EA App opens, the Battlefield 1 splash/loading screen appears for a second, and then everything just closes. No error message, no crash report — nothing. Just a quick flash and it dies silently. Here’s what I’ve tried (none of it worked): - Fully uninstalled and reinstalled the EA App (including clearing AppData and ProgramData folders) - Verified game files via Steam - Tried running both Steam and EA App as administrator - Cleared EA App cache - Re-linked Steam and EA accounts - Tried launching the game directly via EA App - Checked for DirectX and VC++ redistributables - Disabled EA App beta - Even tried a different USB port (since I’m running the game from an external SSD) I also tried all suggested solutions from other forum threads. Nothing works. It makes no sense — if my system was incompatible, why did the game launch fine the first time? It seems like EA App is crashing internally during the handshake with Steam or the game, but I can’t even capture the error message — the window closes before anything shows up. Any help or response from EA would be appreciated. At this point, I’m just really disappointed and tired of troubleshooting a game I paid for. Thanks.706143xx12 hours agoRising Newcomer27Views0likes1CommentBF1 Doesn't start at all.
Hi, Today i've installed the game, and just don't wanna run at all. EA App installed, logged in. Checked the files with Steam, all good. It showing the loading screen, then after 15 secs the loading screen disappear and the EA App pops up, at the home page. Everything is up to date, drivers and such. I have calculated the theoretical amout of scraps you would need if every item would appear in the weekly exchange and you could buy it that way. Amount of scraps needed by category and total: 10.000 x 17 = 170.000 2.000 x 195 = 390.000 800 x 262 = 209.600 300 x 372 = 111.600 TOTAL x 846 = 881.200 Puzzles are NOT taken into account here! Meaning the number would be higher still. But since you tend to get all pieces over time with the OP Battlepacks I excluded them from here. At least without the special rare melee weapons which are otherwise unobtainable like the Ararebo, Coupe Coupe, Arditi Dagger(still unobtainable, has never been seen in the exchange) and Barbed Wire Bat If we assume the average loot per day looks like this we roughly get 1k scraps every day 30+90+270 & 90+270+270 = 1020/day Now that we have the total amount of scraps needed and a rough estimate on the average loot based on personal experience from over 1 year of daily grinding we can calculate how many days of grinding we need to earn the necessary scraps to be able to buy every skin in the game which looks like this: 881.200/1020 = 863.922 days This accumulates to this timeframe of DAILY grinding needed to earn every skin in the game: 2 years 4 months ~2 weeks (11 days) Again, this is assuming all skins where available in the exchange which is far from the case making the situation even worse. This timeframe is unacceptable for a AAA game you paid over 100€ for at release, me included. Some free2play games involve less grinding than this just to earn some textures. I understand that there was monetary incentive behind making the game intentionally grindy (though I still find this practice to be in a AAA game unacceptable by principle) to boost Battlepack sales. But this game is almost 8 years old now and I really doubt you're making anywhere close to the amount of money compared to the release period. Meaning there is no more incentive to make this game intentionally grindy anymore. My suggestion would be to either remove the daily limit of Operation Battlepacks, increase the limit from 2 to something like 4 or 5 per day or have them drop 2 or 3 crates instead of 1 at a time. Unlike currently this is much more respectful of the players time. Money is one thing but to disrespect the players time to this extent when we know that everyones time is limited both in daily terms and total just so you get some textures is ridiculous. Due to the age of the game please reconsider the current way of earning scraps to make it more tolerable. I've come too far to give up now but most people don't have this patience. Me included (for future or other games) since this will be the last game I'll grind this much for. If the next Battlefield turns out to be this grindy I'll really think twice before buying something which doesn't respect anyones time. Thanks in advance, hope to see some changes to this system!eduonkhl15 hours agoNew Vanguard25KViews11likes3707CommentsAny Plans To Support Linux Again?
A lot of the older Battlefield games support Linux, or have the capacity to run on Linux through WINE (native) or Proton (Steam). 1 year after Battlefield 2042's release, Linux stopped working on the new Battlefield games due to changes in the anti-cheat resulting in them not working anymore. Consumers who bought the game prior, when it did work, suddenly couldnt play the game anymore. I was wondering DICE had plans to go back and support Linux again for Battlefield 2042 and the newer Battlefield Labs (that was just announced).Iron_Doesnt_Care17 hours agoSeasoned Newcomer1.5KViews7likes5CommentsBattlefield 1:unable to connect to online

Swimming bug resolved Hello fellow Battlefield 4 players. I feel your pain. I too ran into a problem swimming while under water during the SOUTH CHINA SEA campaign. Scenario: You are tasked with finding a sinking ship’s hard drive, to see what may have happened. You pull a small boat into a hole in the hull of the ship. There you make your way to the hard drive. Along the way you need to go through a lower deck, which is beneath water. To do so, you must swim underwater and navigate to the appropriate location. Problem: You start to swim and then get stuck. If you stop your forward progression, you are pushed backwards. This sequence adds nothing for your gaming experience. It only build hostility and frustration. I do not know why game developers even bother with such nonsense. The only reason I can think of is to make the game a bit more eerie, because you swim past floating corpses. Resolution: Some people suggested pausing and then resuming the game. This will only get you so far. I found that you have to assign and use your look up, look down, look right, and look left key-binds. Don’t turn to the left, look towards your left, etc. After I did this, I was able to conquer the challenge in about 10 minutes and continue the game. Hello, there is a major problem going on with the Server-Browser. Multible Servers show wrong Player-counts. So for example this server here shows always >50 players, but its empty: https://battlelog.battlefield.com/bf3/servers/show/pc/b8f941dd-3dc1-4d08-abfc-b3d78afe5eb3/JAH-Warriors-09-Conquest-Maps-Votemap-64-Slots/ This error results in people joining and leaving all the time. Because there are multible servers showing the same "wrong-player-count-error" I dont think the cause is from the servers itself. I think the BF3-Masterserver, that manages the serverbrowser has a problem. Could someone from EA please restart the service, or look for the problem? I know BF3 is a old game, but there are still many players. I for myself (as a passionated chopperpilot) waited years and years so finally a BF-Version came back with an attack-chopper again, but got hardly dissapointed from BF2042. The gunner has no TV-rocket any more, and the flight-physics was much better in BF3..... So if is not possible for EA to get a chopper-experience back like we have in BF3, atleast please make the Server-Browser work again. Otherwise me (and the rest of the community) would also be happy with "BF3 remastered" = Same physics, but better grafics 😉952Views0likes4CommentsHow do I delete or deactivate my account?
How do I delete or deactivate my account? I have searched through the forum for a way to do this and every single time it just sends me to another page, then another and back again sending in a loop. This is getting ridiculous, and I am so frustrated with this. I believe my account was hacked as when I try to buy a game through Xbox it gives me a verify email and phone number that I do not know and obviously have no access to. I have made sure that this was not on Xbox's end, and it appears to be through EA. It has only happened when I try to purchase EA games, and I have no other accounts associated through Xbox but found that my EA account has two other usernames that I do not know. Though the Q&A's I understand that I need to create a ticket or case to delete my account but I am not given the option to do so as the pages are just telling me that I need to "speak to an advisor" when I click on the link to do so it sends me to "how do I delete my account" and again to "speak to an advisor" I used the AI Beta chat to try to get a phone number to contact for customer service in America and it gave me 1-866-543-5435 which was a sex hotline. This is beyond frustrating as I do want to continue to play EA games but the fact that I am having so much difficulty with this is beyond crazy. Is there an email that I can use to contact customer service to delete my account as I wish to do so through email rather than over the phone. If anyone knows what email to use, I would greatly appreciate it.Solved369Views0likes3Comments
