Battlefield 1 10× scope glare bug
I’m not sure if anyone has reported this before, but since it still hasn’t been fixed I figured I should post what I keep running into. When you aim with a 10× scope sniper rifle (e.g. the M1917 Enfield), the scope glare clips straight through walls or even terrain (see attached screenshots). The picture below was taken while I was inside the A site bunker on the final sector of Verdun (operation), through the wall I could still see the 10× scope glare coming from the hillside around the B site of the previous sector.

Hello, I need to unlink my current account from my PSN account. When I go to the Connected Accounts area, the link is not showing there. When I try to start a new link, I get this message below, that the account is already linked to some strange @nucleus.ea.com email account that I do not recognize. Please assist.
Weekly weapons Scrap Exchange updates
I have calculated the theoretical amout of scraps you would need if every item would appear in the weekly exchange and you could buy it that way. Amount of scraps needed by category and total: 10.000 x 17 = 170.000 2.000 x 195 = 390.000 800 x 262 = 209.600 300 x 372 = 111.600 TOTAL x 846 = 881.200 Puzzles are NOT taken into account here! Meaning the number would be higher still. But since you tend to get all pieces over time with the OP Battlepacks I excluded them from here. At least without the special rare melee weapons which are otherwise unobtainable like the Ararebo, Coupe Coupe, Arditi Dagger(still unobtainable, has never been seen in the exchange) and Barbed Wire Bat If we assume the average loot per day looks like this we roughly get 1k scraps every day 30+90+270 & 90+270+270 = 1020/day Now that we have the total amount of scraps needed and a rough estimate on the average loot based on personal experience from over 1 year of daily grinding we can calculate how many days of grinding we need to earn the necessary scraps to be able to buy every skin in the game which looks like this: 881.200/1020 = 863.922 days This accumulates to this timeframe of DAILY grinding needed to earn every skin in the game: 2 years 4 months ~2 weeks (11 days) Again, this is assuming all skins where available in the exchange which is far from the case making the situation even worse. This timeframe is unacceptable for a AAA game you paid over 100€ for at release, me included. Some free2play games involve less grinding than this just to earn some textures. I understand that there was monetary incentive behind making the game intentionally grindy (though I still find this practice to be in a AAA game unacceptable by principle) to boost Battlepack sales. But this game is almost 8 years old now and I really doubt you're making anywhere close to the amount of money compared to the release period. Meaning there is no more incentive to make this game intentionally grindy anymore. My suggestion would be to either remove the daily limit of Operation Battlepacks, increase the limit from 2 to something like 4 or 5 per day or have them drop 2 or 3 crates instead of 1 at a time. Unlike currently this is much more respectful of the players time. Money is one thing but to disrespect the players time to this extent when we know that everyones time is limited both in daily terms and total just so you get some textures is ridiculous. Due to the age of the game please reconsider the current way of earning scraps to make it more tolerable. I've come too far to give up now but most people don't have this patience. Me included (for future or other games) since this will be the last game I'll grind this much for. If the next Battlefield turns out to be this grindy I'll really think twice before buying something which doesn't respect anyones time. Thanks in advance, hope to see some changes to this system!
Possible Battlefield 1 Bug (Exchange Page?)
To the best of my recollection, I had logged into Battlefield 1 a few months ago. And saw the exchange page just a constant spinning wheel, as if it was loading, (I could fully access server browser, my "Soldier Page", as well join servers to play) but the exchange was just a spinning wheel. It eventually loaded in, and showed me the skin available. But the second issue arose, I come back 169 days later, after not playing, the spinning/loading wheel was there for about 30 minutes, and the same skins (madsen, maschinenpistole m1912p.16) were still there. Did my game bug or something? To the best of my memory before, the exchange always loaded and changed for me at least.
Battlefield 3 PnkBstrK driver blocked
I was trying to get back to battlefield 3, but whenever i try join a server the game doesn't launch, i figured out punkbuster was most likely the problem, and went through all the guides and fixed a few problems, now everything is OK, except one that i couldn't find any solution to Manually stopping PnkBstrB STOPPED Removing test PnkBstrB file OK I'm running on windows 11, last check for update 11/13/25. i did get pbsvc.exe from evenbalance.com and uninstall then reinstall it many times. tried updating through pbsetup.exe, i did verify game files on steam, and i did restart after everything. i saw some people saying "PnkBstrK.sys" must be installed in "System32\drivers", it wasn't being installed so i searched for it and found it inside "Local\PunkBuster\BF3\pb" and copied it to drivers folder, didn't work. i turned off my antivirus, turned off windows defender services, closed msi afterburner and rivatuner, and turned off everything, but it still wouldn't launch. i'm really frustrated to get it to launch, it did in the past like a year ago, idk what happened, anyone could help?Battlefield 1 activation issues
So, got a new pc and finally redownloaded Battlefield 1 through steam, as I did before. Every time I try to log in whether its through the EA app or through steam I get this message. I have scoured 3 different forums all with similar issues and nothing is working. I have uninstalled windows updates, reinstalled them. Uninstalled drivers updates and reinstalled them, I have uninstalled the EA app, and BF1 and it still doesn't work. Logging in and out of the EA app does not work either. I have tried every peice of advice the forums gave me and I still cannot launch BF1. Other EA games launch perfectly through steam, ie: Apex Legends. Please help me, it's been 2 weeks and I still cannot figure this out. Note: Apex Legends opens directly through steam, it does not utilize the ea app infact the ea app doesnt even think its isntalled. Another weird detail is that the EA app claims I have zero hours on BF1 when I go to the games page on the app but if I hover BF1 in my library with my mouse a little temporary pop up comes up displaying my actual play time.
Battlefield 2 remastered and Battlefield 2142 remastered please
Dear DICE Team, Battlefield 6 turned out to be a disappointing experience for many long-time fans, including myself. Instead of continuing in that direction, I’d like to offer a suggestion that could bring back the true spirit of Battlefield. Please consider developing and releasing Battlefield 2 Remastered and Battlefield 2142 Remastered as a combined package. These classics could be visually upgraded — with modern graphics, enhanced lighting, and improved destruction effects for buildings — while keeping the core gameplay, mechanics, and balance untouched. The remastered versions could also feature crossplay support between PC and consoles, and the player count could be increased to 128, since both Battlefield 2 and 2142 already have large and well-designed maps that can handle that scale. A faithful remaster of these two legendary titles, bundled together as one release, would not only honor the roots of the Battlefield series but also reignite excitement and trust among the community. I sincerely hope the DICE team will consider this idea. These games represent the best of what Battlefield has ever been. Best regards
Error 10607: Cloud Data Corrupted
I had my Data hard drive crash, and after reinstalling EA Desktop and BF1, I now get this error each time I launch the game. The game opens with the starting movie, then the prolog. No system settings such as video, controls, or gameplay save between sessions. In Multiplayer, only my first loadout for each class is saved upon each start. Rank, unlocks, and progress are all fine and save successfully. Between each multiplayer map, settings revert to default; FOV, sensitivity, click vs hold for weapon scope, etc. I have reinstalled EA Desktop, and the BF1 application, along with running repairs on BF1. I installed Desktop & BF1 on my laptop, and all my old loadouts were preserved. So it seems my cloud data is fine! I'd like to know what files I have to transfer to get my loadouts back, settings to save, and skip the prolog every time I start the game.
Battlefield 3 Premium license from 2012 lost after EA App migration
Hello everyone, I have a persistent problem after migrating from Origin to the EA App: my Battlefield 3 Premium Upgrade purchased in June 2012 disappeared from my EA App library. Short facts: I owned and played the Standard Edition long before June 2012. I purchased the Premium Upgrade through Origin on June 5, 2012 (around 7–8 a.m. local time) as a separate, one-time paid DLC. For more than 13 years Premium worked correctly (Battlelog showed Premium active, over 1300 hours, all assignments completed, premium-only items). After the Origin → EA App migration, the EA App now shows “Buy for €39.99” instead of recognizing the 2012 Premium entitlement. Battlelog still shows the account as Premium. What support told me (repeatedly): they claim Premium came from a subscription (EA Play / Origin Access) and that I must renew a membership. This is incorrect — Premium was purchased as a permanent DLC in 2012, not granted by subscription. What I ask from EA / community managers: Please re-sync the original 2012 Premium entitlement from Origin to my EA App account, or Escalate this case to the legacy licensing / Origin-era team that handles pre-EA App purchases. Has anyone else seen their permanent DLC misclassified after the migration? Any advice or help from community managers and players is appreciated. Thank you. Здравствуйте. Кратко: Базовая (Standard) версия была активирована гораздо раньше 2012 года — я уже играл на момент выхода Premium. Premium Upgrade был куплен через Origin 5 июня 2012 года утром (примерно 7–8:00) как отдельный платный DLC. В течение более 13 лет всё работало корректно: Battlelog отображал Premium, более 1300 часов, все задания выполнены, премиальные предметы присутствовали. После миграции в EA App Premium перестал отображаться как купленный — приложение показывает «Купить за 39,99 €», хотя Battlelog по-прежнему видит аккаунт как Premium. Поддержка несколько раз настаивала, что контент был предоставлен подпиской (EA Play/Origin Access), и что нужно возобновить подписку. Это неверно — покупка была единовременной в 2012 году. Прошу EA: восстановить/синхронизировать лицензию Premium 2012 года из Origin, либо передать случай в команду, занимающуюся лицензиями и покупками до миграции на EA App. Кто сталкивался с похожим — поделитесь, пожалуйста.
