Hmm, there may be corruption in the game client itself. If you're running it through Origin, please right-click and choose the Repair Install option. If you're not using Origin, try reinstalling.

Just as another thing to check, in case there is graphics driver corruption, try removing and reinstalling a fresh set of drivers.
