BFBC2 wont update from version 515195 to 795745

When I update BFBC2, the updater stops its self at the file: loader-00.fbrb then it waits for like 10-20 minutes and then it changes to other files, then it turns to level-00.fbrb at 5% or lower, thats when the updater gives an error saying "File not found. There might be an internet connection problem or server is down. Play the old version?" Anyone got any idea how to fix this? I just downloaded BFBC2 yesterday, and it keeps giving this message. When I go to BFBC2's file location, I see a folder called "tempPatch" when I open it i see a folder called "patched", then P files that are called "patch0.p" "patch1.p" "patch2.p" all the way up to "patch10.p" I think there should be more patches than 10 files, this is just a guess, that this might be the problem to the error. But, i could also be wrong, so if anyone know anything about this error, please reply, even if you dont know, give me an idea what you would do. I hope someone had the same problem and can help me out too.
