Didn't Get My Refund

I've bought bad Company 2 1 month ago, but after 2 days, I've made a refund, and I still didn't get my money back. EA Also e-mailed me, saying, that the Refund was Accepted and I would get my money from 1 to 2 weeks, but it was been more than 3 weeks now. Can someone tell me why is this happening?
