This is an nvidia file. Either update to the latest video drivers or remove and reinstall your currently installed most recent drivers.

Make sure you have all important Windows Updates installed, also .Net Framework and C++ Redistributables.
Be sure your audio drivers are up-to-date.
Update motherboard firmware if you are using on-board sound.

Run DXSETUP.exe from this location to be sure all the required DirectX components are installed:

C:\Program Files (x86)\Origin Games\Battlefield 4\__Installer\directx\redist

    Hi, I'm so confused... I know that to update drivers you go to device manager, but where in device manager can I install video drivers? Also, what is .Net Framework and C++ Redistributables?
