Are you still having trouble getting BF Hardline added to your account? Have you checked to see if there are any other versions of the game listed on the PSN store? There should be an EA Play tag on the game in the store if you can play it through EA Play.

I'm wondering if that might be causing issues. I've seen some cases in the past where owning a game can lead to conflicts with EA Play. When you have the chance please reach out to the EA Help team so they can pull up your account and take a look.
