Origin has really slow download speeds, why?

Ok so any other client i use to download games will download at a minimum of 700kb/sec, where as every single origin game i have ever downloaded and installed will not budge over 50 KB/sec! My internet connection and speed is just fine, and this only ever happens with origin.
