Hello,
I found for you some solutions, maybe they will help:
1. SOLUTION :I had this same issue and it was a really silly mistake on my side. I'm using click to play on all plugins (Settings -> Privacy -> Content Settings -> Plugins -> Click to Play) because I like having the choice before running java or flash. Problem is, battlelog uses plugins as well so I completely missed the plugin warning in my address bar. In this case you can either; 1) disable click to play or 2) always allow plugins to run on the battlelog site (which I did). Took me half an hour of installing / reinstalling / rebooting to figure out 😉
2. SOLUTION: If you're on chrome, go to chrome://plugins/ in your URL bar. Make sure "ESN launch mozilla" is enabled! This was my problem! Hopefully it helps some of you.
3. SOLUTION: If you are on IE and windows 8 you need chrome. Start the game but copy the URL and close IE and open Chrome. Paste the URL into the Chrome address bar and press enter. When asked ,log on to your Origin account and hey presto !!
Hope this helps
Regards, Libever

Can you define "do not work" in some detail?
Also, you might want to try try cleaning your browsers’ cache and temporary files using CCleaner ( http://www.piriform.com/ccleaner )
Tried all methods already.
Re-installed Chrome, cache, cookies, settings, all of them.
The problem appeared since i formatted my pc.
Every time if i visit the website (battlelog battlefield 3 & 4) he tells me that i still need the plugin.
- push... EA!?!?!?!?!!
Make sure 'ESN Sonar API' and 'Battlelog Game Launcher' are enabled and have 'Always allowed?' ticked.

the link dont work
http://getbblog.com/en/install
Install it from there if that doesn't work make sure you're not on https:/battlelog just batttlelog.battlefield etcAnd make sure you log into chrome prior to installing it. Hope this helped
Have a nice day!
This is just bull*!
I uninstalled the old plugin to get this to work, logged in, got the update downloaded, but when I try to install it, it just closes! Can't install it at all!
How can you "fix" problems by adding even more?! Followed steps posted here, but nothing works!
Since I can't even install the thing I don't have anything suggested in chrome://plugins that matches the descriptions here!

Since I can't even install the thing I don't have anything suggested in chrome://plugins that matches the descriptions here!Have you gone into Chrome and made sure that both plugins were allowed to run and whitelisted? Have you also tried using Firefox or IE to see if the plugins work on those browsers?
I tried with IE and got it to work, and now it works with Chrome and Firefox aswell...
As I said before, I do not have the plugins suggested in this thread, at all 🙂
But it works nonetheless!http://i.imgur.com/cYQByMR.png <- this is what my chrome://plugin looks like... 🙂
No ESN stuff there... and apparently not needed!
