Re: Can't connect to ea servers. Xbox one.

I am not sure how many people will read this or if this issue is persisiting in the same manner for everyone  at the time I am writing this but I believe I have found a solution to the problem, because I have tested it on 6 consoles, two 360s three Xbox 1's and 1 PS4.

If you are when tyring to access any multiplayer function in BF4, you get the message, "You have lost connection to EA's servers. Online functions are unavailable." Then you need to directly connect your console to your router. For some reason, wireless connections, for now, cannot work with EA properly most of the time, not all, but most. Obviously some people can connect but still get some problems, such as being booted out or only briefly connecting.

I cannot however gurentee that this will solve ALL issues with connectivity, but since I tried it on six consoles, I would assume that this is a good solution to try.

I used this with different internet routers, from Timer Warner, to Dish, and even Direct TV's internet and on 2 instances, from not-so-popular basic internet providers. So long as the console was connected through a WIRED connection, it seems as if BF4 can connect to EA with no problems

If this does not fix your issue, then I can only assume there is something wrong with either, your internet, and it is therfore on your end OR EA really does have a problem  with its servers that we can only hope gets fixed soon.

Again I do not claim this will fix EVERY persons problems but it fixing the problem on 6 occations through the same manner should be cause enough to try it. I hope this helps anyone who finds and reads this. If not, well, good luck to you and you have my sympathies.
