I bought BF4 and played beta and the full game for almost a month. Anthen I asked for help when my premium wasn't working and they said I didn't actually buy BF4 anthen said I need to buy it after I thought I bought it and my premium is not working no longer because I do not have the base game so I asked for a refund and they said I could have one. They tried to give one to me and it didn't work so they sent me to someone else and a week and a half later they told me to go here. Sorry if you think im trying to say its anyone's fault and if you take offense IM sorry. Im not trying to offend anyone here.
