Battlefield 4 Lag issues, may be cause of my graphic card drivers wont update.

Hey! Sometimes i cannot connect to the game via battlelog, and sometimes it works, and crashes a few times, but mostly lag spikes occur all the time, slow performance.

I may know the cause of this, When i start up BF4 it says do u really want to run this ? your drivers are up to 13.9 and recommended use is 13.12, but when i update my drivers there is no update for 13.12, it doesnt exist, im running on ((ATI MOBILITY RADEON HD 4850)) and i know i can play BF4 with my computer, its just this error that is causing the problem, im also running low on everything, i have even downloaded the Manual 13.12 drivers, it doesnt want to update, i have tried many things, i really want to play!

I also get an error EVERYTIME i restart my computer, and it occurs when desktop loads (

Help me, somehow update my drivers to 13.12

    Hi, whenever updating (or going back to an earlier graphic driver) make sure to turn off your anti-virus when downloading/installing and to choose a 'clean install' (usually in advanced install options).

    How do you mean? i have seriously put over 10 hours trying to install this update i have done it manually and even by advanced, speccificly that 13.12 patch, i cant get it to work, And on my Cataclyst, it says my drivers are up to date and i dont have any antivirus! Please help  me with this !, and i need help with the error every time i restart my PC it occurs, read it above (the error).

    If you have something tell me detailed, so i can do everything perfectly.

    And Also,            (( AMD.Com ))      i chose the AUTO-DETECT download, when it downloads, i can see that its downloading 13-9 and not 13-12, wich is what im looking for. So the Auto detect is not working out.

    Yea i have the same problem (4850hd), when im about to join server, it says about 13.12 drivers ... but i think they wont make anything w it ... 4k series are  probably too old ☹️
