That is because Clan tags are now reserved for platoons, so if a registered platoon has already laid claim to your clan tag you cannot use it.

Have you attempted to use another letter combination for your platoon that isn't KUK to see if it takes?

I dont thik that is the problem. I have created a Platoon with the tag "KUK". You can see on the platoon page that it is Kuk and i had no problem regestering it. But in Game, it does not show up...

we have the same problem. the platoon tag exists, it shows it on the platoon page but they don't show up in the game and we can't make our tags that, it gives us the "invalid or reserved" message.
I don't see any option to "use platoon tags" or anything like that either.
