I moved your post to the BF4 area...

Try to d/l it again and make sure it is not blocked by firewall if its not then .. watch very top right of browser for like a small yellow bar asking you to allow pug in for battle log. 

If this fails to fix it then try a different browser let me know how it goes and I will help you more if you need it.
