Community ManagerSomething has changed regarding your 'net connection. Has someone using your connection started to use a TV streaming service, Facebook game or something else? Power cycling your router is always worth a try.

The thing is that no one else is using my connection plus that i download files that take time to finish with no problems at all..i even told my provider to reset my connection a couple of times to no avail...still the same situation i play for about 5-10 mins and suddenly everything freezes and i get kicked out of the game..I turned on and off the router i checked all plugs..I can watch 45-50 mins documentaries on you tube with no problem...but battle log keeps kicking me...Can t think of anything else !
Community ManagerConnecting to your router via an ethernet cable will also be beneficial and should be done if at all possible.
