If you play on the same account, you will be able to download the DLC again through the Xbox's download history. Here are the steps on how to view your download history to download the item again:
- Sign in to Xbox Live using the gamertag that you used when you originally purchased the content.
- Go to Settings and select Account.
- Select Download History.
- Browse your download history, select the item, and then select Download Again.
