This is a community run (ie gamer helping gamer) technical self help forum and not official EA technical support. Please keep in mind that your K\D is harder to move the longer and more you consistently that you play due to having larger numbers to have to move to change the ratio of kills to deaths. Currently at rank 140 you have 44,245 kills and 46,057 death which mathematically comes out to 0.96 k\d. Are you saying that both your kills and deaths are not updating after a match or that just your K\D ratio is not moving?
One way to verify this is to join a server taking note of your starting kills and deaths listed in Battlelog (44,245 kills and 46,057 deaths) and play an entire round. After the round ends check the kills and deaths again (ignore the K\D just focus on the actual kills and deaths numbers), did they change? If they did you are good to go and you can validate your K\D by dividing kills by deaths.
