The ACB 90 is only available to Battlefield veterans which means that you've played BF4 and at least one additional Battlefield game under the same Origin account. Looking at your Battlelog profile I only see BF4 so you are not considered a Franchise veteran and hence are not eligible for the veteran Battlepack containing the ACB90. To become a veteran you can purchase a second hand copy of BF3 or BC2, play it on your PS3 on the account that is linked with your origin account and you'll become a franchise veteran.
