Hi, In Battlefield V, I am unable to use the level 19 and 20 unlocks as support, in the company screen the game tells me I have to be levels 19 and 20 respectively which I meet by being the max level 20. In game when I try to equip either the Liberator or the MG42 it tells me that I can equip them "next round" however I have played multiple matches through to completion and this is not the case; the game does not seem to think I am level 20 for support as I have not unlocked the assignment for the level 20 support gear. https://imgur.com/a/lnX8aD2

Seems to be some issues with the backend systems not rewarding players rank up items correctly, in most cases it is resolved by playing another round though. It is a known issue so at the latest it will be resolved once the bug is fixed.The "next round" text is shown if you fulfill the rank requirements but do not own the item, with the assumption that that means that you will get it at the end of the round. Not the case since the system is a bit wonky.We are currently limited to awarding items at the end of a round, or if you leave early and we know this is not ideal and it is being worked upon.

Hey @Psi4 @CahBujah@creeperlbb2005 @mutekimaigo, Once the server you were playing on finishes and heads to EoR, the weapon should unlock. If you join another map before EoR on another server, you may have to play until the NEXT rank to unlock the item. So for example, if you unlock the MP40 at rank 4, you would have to play to rank 5, then the backend system updates you unlock. /Atic

Well it December and the bug still haven't fixed, I've played over 10 matches after unlocked the items, and still can't use them. even in the company, it shows my correct level for the class, but the items say it's locked. @EA_Atic

This was a bug has been well documented, so please don't think you're alone with this. The dev team has been working hard on a solution to this among other issues.

The best advice I can give you is to continue playing the game, leveling up and once the hot patch is released, you'll have all your rank gear to date unlocked. I understand this is an inconvenience but rest assure the team is aware of the issue and working on the solution 🙂

Listen just fix your game guys you have the same problem over and over with so many players, i dont get class progressions even though im 2 lvl up the class i need to be to get the gun please AND i dont get to see after the match reports so please tell me what to do.

I have this problem after the newest patch. I cant unlock all the gadgets and the weapons of my class.

Regarding the weapon rank bug, as @EA_Atic has said, there isn't a fix for this as of yet but will let us know as soon as the Community Management team knows
