ASTER Multiseat shouldn't be flagged by EAAC, please whitelist it
I've been using this application, it's not perfect but for me to split my computer into 3 parts it's great, me and my wife can use the computer while I have a separate instance for my TV(sorta like a console). Battlefield V, Battlefield 1 do not launch and I'm assuming anything that has EAAC, it gives out an error message detected software (ibik.aster). The application is not a cheat, and can't really cause any sort of piracy, the EA launcher can't run more than one instance anyways nor can the games. Please review the application even get in touch with the developers they're pretty snappy to respond, there is no need for the game to not launch with the application running.FunkyRight24 minutes agoSeasoned Newcomer199Views6likes4CommentsBattlefield V and display settings
Sometimes when I try to launch Battlefield V, it starts to boot it up normally but when the start screen shows up the display settings get weird. Basically it sets my resolution, colors and refresh rate wrongly, even though I have before set them differently in both windows and Battlefield V settings. I can set the colors and resolution back to normal in windows settings but not the refresh rate. I have tried updating everything and even installed the game again without a fix. Also the game takes a long time to start. This wasn't an issue with my old laptop. My pc and cables are capable of running the game at max settings. This doesn't happen with other games. I have Windows 11 installed.ottoomio23 hours agoSeasoned Newcomer38Views1like5CommentsBooster Pack Cosmetic Items
The Season 4-6 Booster Pack cosmetic items should be released in the armory for purchase. The names of the items I am referring to are as follows: Germany- “Sturmwulf” United States- “Commando” “Wild Eagle” “Searcher” “Overlord” Japan- “Jungle Viper” “Homeland Guardian” I’m well aware that this will most likely either fall on deaf ears, or there isn’t anyone left from BFV’s development team to fix this issue. However, in the off chance that there is a way to make these items available for purchase, it’s worth a shot. I’m sure that there are other players who share this sentiment. These cosmetic items are arguably the best to be released for the game. The fact that they were never inserted back into the store is perplexing. For a company that shoves microtransactions down players’ throats as frequently as they do, I am shocked that they would botch an opportunity to increase revenue. if anyone else wants to see these items return, maybe we can get some traction and see a positive result.Solvedtdgalm23 hours agoSeasoned Newcomer38Views0likes3CommentsLaunch Error
Because the EA app is launched from another app, some features are disabled. Adding the game to the game, pressing the play button, and it's removed from the game. I'm constantly encountering this message from EA in the background. I've tried everything, but it doesn't work.27Views0likes2CommentsBattlefield V Not launching
Case #219287890 Hello, I'm completely stuck after many attempts of contacting EA support and just being sent back to forums twitters or help pages. I finally got hold of someone on the phone and have been told to describe my problem here. Whenever i try to launch any battlefield game that uses Javelin, the anti-cheat opens, loads, then closes and opens the EA app again with no error message. Today i tried again and it closes Javelin and opens EA with the attached error message. I have tried any solution i have found on forums and help pages and nothing works including the secure boot problem. I was told that i would get an answer within 72 hours on here so please help me. Thanks in advanceRob862902 days agoSeasoned Newcomer137Views0likes7CommentsBattlefield 5 Slow Startup and Long Loading Time
Update (Edited: 06-08-2025): Even BF6's open beta loads fine on the same PC—just 50 seconds from clicking "Play" to reaching the main menu. Update (Edited: 30-07-2025): Performed a clean reinstall of Windows 11 and the game still takes over two minutes to load. A friend of mine with a different setup is experiencing the same issue. I suspect the problem is related to the anti-cheat or the game itself. I’ve attached a screen recording to this forum post showing the problem, including an on-screen stopwatch and Task Manager for reference. Original Post: For EA Staff & Devs Bug Report ID: 6ad91d36-9f32-4e49-98f0-e1c42c510896 Help Case ID: #215668482 I recently updated the BIOS and Windows on my laptop. Everything seemed to be running smoothly—until I noticed that launching BF5 now takes significantly longer than it used to. Only BF5 is affected, I timed it with a stopwatch and the startup consistently takes around 2.5 minutes. The other games' load time from pressing play till it enters full-screen are: BF3 = 12 Seconds BF4 = 16 Seconds BF1 = 40 Seconds Issue description: After clicking Play in the EA App, the EA Anti-Cheat launches and initializes normally. Once the Anti-Cheat finishes, there's a 30-33 second delay before the game window appears. The game remains in small window and shows a black screen for another 50-60 seconds. Eventually, the game maximizes into a full-screen window and loads the title screen. Once fully open, the game runs fine, except it loads map extremely slowly as well. Here's what I've tried so far: Confirmed that Windows and NVIDIA drivers are fully up to date. Repaired, reinstalled, and cleared the cache for both the EA App and BF5. Ran both the EA App and BF5 with administrator privilege and in offline + clean boot. Ran both the EA App and BF5 on a different SSD, ensure SSD firmware are up to date. Performed a reinstall of the NVIDIA driver using DDU; cleared DirectX and NVIDIA GL caches. Reinstalled Windows using the "Fix problems with Windows Update" in-place upgrade. Reset BIOS to default settings, did a CMOS reset too. Unfortunately, none of these steps have resolved the issue, and I’m starting to run out of ideas. Has anyone else experienced this? I’d appreciate any tips or suggestions. For reference (especially if any DICE developers are reading this), here’s the BIOS update I installed: https://support.hp.com/nz-en/drivers/swdetails/omen-by-hp-16.1-inch-gaming-laptop-16-k0000/model/2101129710/swItemId/ob-348379-1 I’ve also attached my DxDiag file to this post in case it’s helpful.OJSU2 days agoSeasoned Novice1.3KViews5likes6CommentsCan't play online error 2000
Hello everyone, has anyone encountered the "unable-to-connect (2000)" error on PS5 in BFV in 2024 year? If so, how did you solve it? Because all the previous questions on this problem on the forum are very old (about 2018 year), and there is no clear answer how to solve this issue in the comments. I tried restarting BFV, restarting PS5, log out of my PSN account and log in again, restarting the router, but all this didn’t help. I played BFV company, then i bought PS PLUS to play online, and when i launched BFV it asked me to link my PS5 account to EA account, and i did it, then error 2000 with the message “EA servers are temporarily unavailable, please try again later” appeared. There only reconnect button which not works. Also I tried to play FIFA 24 on PS5 and everything works, then i tried to play Battlefront 2 from PC and everything works there too.431Views0likes4CommentsAn appeal cannot be submitted at EAHelp
My account was banned for no reason. I submitted an appeal, but there was no record of it in the case I created a case with another account to appeal, but all the responses suggested that I should use the banned account to appeal, even though I had already explained that the banned account was unable to submit an appeal. I don't know what to do anymore.SolvedblueBoy0003 days agoRising Newcomer18Views0likes1Commentbfvhackers.com... what happens to players highlighted HACKER

Previously with EAC EA Anti cheat, you could just manually update, allowing Windows Defender to exclude file checking and turning Power Plan to Balanced, in-game problem usually gone or kept at minimum. Now with their latest toy, Battlefield V is almost unplayable, constantly crashing every minute, causing micro stutter and spawning bugs. Oh and not to mention breaking any other device driver. I wonder if this is their way of turning people away from the old games as new installment launch is imminent. There's old adage, A chain is only as strong as its weakest link, and There is no such thing as perfect security, only varying levels of insecurity. To sum it up, making anti cheat more hostile is only driving your fan base away, fast response and tough firm decision to ban all cheater are still best way.r1zky246 days agoRising Scout1.2KViews1like7CommentsEnable FIRESTORM for community servers
Hello, https://www.reddit.com/r/BattlefieldV/comments/17a1fbx/any_reason_nobody_plays_firestorm_anymore/ https://www.reddit.com/r/BattlefieldV/comments/1fstglo/firestorm_why_is_no_one_playing_this_im_waiting_5/ https://www.reddit.com/r/Battlefield/comments/18vu8tm/firestorm_is_dead/ i urge you at EA sports to please, pleaaaaaaaaaaase, just for once, prove bored reality the opposite and do something right for fun gaming FIRESTORM is easily, the most potential induced game mode you have for battlefield 5 its super awesome however, since its impossible to create community servers with firestorm game mode (battle royale) people cant play it, because the firestorm automatic system is empty (since everyone is playing community servers and dont wanna wait for 5 minutes to connect to 1 game please, for the future of gaming make this obvious choice and enable the game mode battle royale is super popular still and this game, would be super popular still if it was possible to play THE golden nugget of the game: firestorm (battle royale) on 64 player servers or even 128 perhaps (if you feel like upgrading something which still holds potential) i beg you EA just please, for once it makes zero sense, to restrict THE game mode, from being able to be played make firestorm (battle royale) available for community server creation of 64 players so we can continue playing this game out of its fullest potentialplk7mahocdyy7 days agoRising Newcomer67Views1like2CommentsFairFight error? Already unbanned once, banned again
Hello everyone, I’m posting here because I’m experiencing a very frustrating issue with Battlefield V and FairFight. I played BFV without issue when the game was released. On august 15, I wanted to play again but my account was banned by FairFight for cheating. I immediately contacted EA Support, who reviewed my case and unbanned me – which clearly showed that the ban was not justified. However, only a few days later, I was banned again by FairFight without any explanation. My EA account history still shows **no bans or sanctions**. I contacted support again, but this time I only received a generic “final decision” response, without any proper review of the situation or acknowledgement that I had already been unbanned once. So right now I am completely unable to play a game I legally purchased, despite never cheating and having a clean record. 👉 Has anyone else experienced the same issue with repeated/unjust FairFight bans? 👉 And to the moderators/EA staff here: could you please escalate my case to the Terms of Service team? This looks like an error in the FairFight system, and I just want a proper review. Thank youSolvedBattix77 days agoSeasoned Newcomer43Views0likes3CommentsGetting constantly disconnected from bf5 servers

I've been trying to launch Battlefield V for the past 18 hours. Every time I do, a message appears from origin that says "Preparing Game". The message disappears and steam validates the files. After roughly a minute or two of that, the green "play" button appears again. Every time I try to start the game, it starts the same loop over and over, nothing happens, and I'm still stuck at the loading screen. Manually validating the files does nothing, repairing the ea app doesn't do anything, which was what people where suggesting for battlefield 2042's validating loop issue. Reinstalling Battlefield V did nothing other than waste 5 hours of my time, Clearing the download cache of both steam and ea desktop did nothing. Nothing I'm doing seems to be working, it almost certainly has to be an ea app issue because the game won't start without it. The app will run momentarily, then stop completely while steam validates the files, which does nothing. So, if anyone has had this issue and has a solution not mentioned here, I'd love to hear it. Because this is ridiculous.9KViews3likes38Comments- 37Views0likes1Comment
Losing the game on one of the platforms
