Javelin anti cheat encountered an error
Tried to launch BF v. Javelin had an update, and after that I cant play bfv anymore. Tried reinstalling javelin, repair it, and update it manually via it's dedicated installer from this site How to install and troubleshoot EA Javelin anticheat on PC but I still get that error message. It's the exact same error as this guy gets EA Javelin Anticheat encountered an error. Please restart your PC | EA Forums - 12949725 after the error message from javelin AC, 30 secs pass and you get another error abouter a dumper or w/e Fix it
Madsen MG Mastery VI missing after restart – gold parts locked
Hello. I have an issue with the weapon mastery progression for the Madsen MG in Battlefield V (Support class). I completed Mastery I–V, and I have already unlocked the Gold Receiver and Gold Stock. However, the remaining gold parts (Gold Muzzle, Gold Barrel and Gold Magazine) are still locked. Earlier, the Madsen MG Mastery VI assignment appeared for me. I activated it and started progressing it. After restarting the game, the Mastery VI assignment completely disappeared. It is not in my active Assignments, it does not appear under Special Assignments, and only the Proficiency assignment for the Madsen MG is available. I have already tried removing all active Assignments, changing servers and regions, playing with another Support weapon (KE7) and completing its Mastery tasks, returning to the Madsen, making kills and finishing full rounds, restarting the game and the EA App. Nothing worked. Mastery VI never appears again. This means the mastery progression for the Madsen MG is stuck in a broken state on my account. Could you please help by either resetting the Mastery progression for the Madsen MG, so that Mastery VI becomes available again, or manually granting the missing gold parts (Gold Muzzle, Gold Barrel and Gold Magazine). Level 20 but Unable to Unlock the Sniper Master Quest
My Sniper has reached Level 20, but no Master Quest has been assigned to me—I cannot unlock the Sniper's Master Quest in the game. I have submitted multiple requests for help through EA Help, yet no one has responded. I hope the official team can see this and assign the Sniper Master Quest to me. Hello, I would like to provide an additional possible fix for BF V Javelins issue - failing to launch, which may help you in your case. I am running a Dell Latitude 5810, Xeon E5 2697v3, R9 390x. The errors were failure to start Javelin (7) (2), and invalid parameter for the service itself. What didn't help: Reinstalling Javelin Reinstalling BF V Reinstalling EA App Clearing Javelin installs manually Using the separate Javelin installer Changing any exploit protection or DEP settings Disabling Windows Defender Enabling Secure Boot Running anything as admin Changing security settings Cleaning services from registry Reinstalling GPU drivers What helped: Disabling TPM 1.2 in the BIOS. Yes, it seems that the anti cheat may fail to discern TPM 1.2 and 2.0, and attempts to use the invalid version, failing on startup. Amazing. Hope this helps you.
Can only play Single Player if EA App is Offline
When the EA App is online I can play anything on battlefield v apart from the war stories, they always crash from resuming or restarting But when I switch to Offline on the EA app, the war stories work, which makes me think their is some kind of corruption, ive already deleted the files to generate new ones but that doesn't work. Also reinstalled the game and deleted the cache.
Battlefield V – Armory not working for months
Hello EA Support team, I would like to report an ongoing issue with the Armory in Battlefield V. For couple of months and maybe even half a year now, the Armory has not been functioning properly — it no longer provides any weekly bundles, skins, or featured offers, even though this feature used to work consistently before. I completely understand that Battlefield V is no longer receiving new content updates from DICE or EA Games, but the Armory system was a core and working feature of the game, and it should still be maintained. Players are still purchasing Battlefield V and additional content, and the servers remain active, which clearly shows there is still a dedicated and active community supporting the game. Not long ago, there was also an issue where the community servers were not working properly, and that problem was eventually fixed — which proves that there are still people maintaining the backend and keeping the game functional. We hope that the same kind of maintenance can be done for the Armory system as well. As large and successful companies, DICE and EA Games have the responsibility to ensure that existing features, especially those that were part of the original paid product, continue to function properly. Even if no new content is being developed, basic maintenance and functionality of in-game systems like the Armory should still be supported — particularly since the game is still available for sale and players continue to spend money on it. At the moment, the Armory in Battlefield V only displays a static screen with the message “NO SHIPMENTS AVAILABLE” (as shown in the attached screenshot). It no longer provides any bundles, shipments, or weekly items, confirming that the feature is completely non-functional. This issue has persisted for several months and continues to affect many active players who still enjoy and support the game. In the name of Battlefield V players and myself, I kindly ask you to look into this problem. Please investigate this issue or escalate it to the appropriate team within EA or DICE. Restoring the Armory’s functionality would mean a lot to the Battlefield community and show that EA and DICE still care about maintaining the integrity of their games.
