Steam trapped on hacked EA account - Need backend manual unbind
Hi EA Community Managers, My Steam account is currently trapped and linked to an old EA account that was completely compromised by a hacker. The hacker managed to bypass my notices by filtering EA emails into the trash/spam folder and successfully changed the password and primary email address. I have completely given up on that hacked EA account and I do not want it back. However, my main Steam account is still hard-linked to that compromised EA account in the backend. Because of EA's platform restriction ("one Steam account per EA account lifetime"), I am completely blocked from playing any EA games on my Steam account, even if I purchase a new copy of Battlefield V. Since I have zero access to the hacked EA account, standard self-service unlinking is impossible. I am posting here hoping a Community Manager can look into this and escalate my case to the advanced backend team to manually force-unbind/unlink my Steam account from that compromised EA account. I am the legitimate owner of my Steam account and I can readily provide any official Steam purchase receipts, SteamID, or billing history to prove my identity. Please help me free my Steam account so I can link it to a brand-new, secured EA account. Thank you!
BFV Recon Level 20 Bug: Recon Mastery I Assignment Not Unlocking
Hi everyone, I am playing Battlefield V Definitive Edition on PC. I reached Recon Rank 20 and waited for the 'Recon Mastery I' assignment to unlock on my account, but it never appeared. I first searched the forums to see if others were experiencing the same issue. I know that forum moderators cannot directly modify account data here, but I have been trying to reach Live Chat support every single day for a week now and I am completely stuck. I either cannot get connected to an advisor at all, or the system states that advisors cannot help with this issue due to high queue volume or restrictions. Could a Community Manager please help escalate this issue or advise on how I can get this assignment granted? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Missing class mastery assignment - Battlefield V

ElliotLH I bought the game a few days ago I’m level 18 but I also realized I’ve only been receiving coins from like a challenges. I’ve not gotten any coins from the rank cup system. I should have like more than 6000 by now and it’s really bugging me because I want to upgrade my guns and if I go above level 21 then that’s still quite like some gameplay far away and I need to level up so can you please help me if they fix this glitch already or if there’s a way to fix it or something like that
Battlefield V suddenly crashes when connecting to EA Online
Battlefield V suddenly started having this issue even though I had been playing the game normally without any problems before. The problem appeared unexpectedly. I can launch the game in Offline Mode and enter the game, but when I select “Go Online”, I get the “FAILED TO CONNECT TO EA ONLINE” error and the game crashes to desktop a few seconds later. When I try to launch the game normally while online, the game does not reach the main menu. After the initial Battlefield V loading screen, the game transitions to another black loading screen. At this point, where the game should transition to the main menu, the game freezes for a few seconds and then closes to desktop without showing any error message. The game was working normally before this issue suddenly appeared. I have completely uninstalled and reinstalled Battlefield V from scratch, repaired the game files, completely reinstalled the EA app, and reset the Battlefield V settings. None of these steps resolved the issue. I also tested the game using my phone’s mobile internet connection on the same PC instead of my normal home internet connection, and the exact same problem occurred. There are no violations in my EA Penalty History.
Please Bring Back All Limited-Time Seasonal Skins in Battlefield V
Hello EA and Battlefield team, I would like to suggest bringing back the limited-time seasonal cosmetics in Battlefield V, including not only the Christmas skins, but also Halloween, Valentine's Day, and other event-exclusive or seasonal skins that were previously available for a limited time. I recently contacted EA Support regarding some of the Christmas-exclusive skins, and I was told that these specific skins are not planned to return to the Battlefield V Armory. The support representative recommended that I share my feedback here, so I would like to make this suggestion to the Battlefield team and the community. I understand that these cosmetics were originally designed to be limited-time rewards or seasonal items. However, Battlefield V has now been available for many years, and there are still players who joined the game later or simply missed these events when they originally happened. For these players, there is currently no way to obtain some of these cosmetics, even if they are willing to spend Company Coin or Battlefield Currency. I personally really like many of these limited skins, and I would love to have another opportunity to obtain them. My suggestion is to bring back all previously released seasonal and event-exclusive cosmetics, including: Christmas-themed cosmetics Halloween-themed cosmetics Valentine's Day cosmetics Other holiday or seasonal cosmetics Other limited-time Armory cosmetics that have not appeared for a long time They do not necessarily need to be permanently available. EA could bring them back through a seasonal rotation system. For example: Christmas cosmetics → return every December Halloween cosmetics → return every October Valentine's cosmetics → return every February Alternatively, there could occasionally be a "Legacy Cosmetics" or "Limited Cosmetics Return" event, allowing players to purchase older cosmetics again for a limited period. This would still preserve their seasonal identity while giving newer and returning players another chance to collect content they previously missed. Battlefield V has a huge collection of great-looking cosmetics, and it is unfortunate that some of them can no longer be obtained at all. I hope the Battlefield team can consider bringing these items back into the Armory rotation in the future. Even if active development of Battlefield V has ended, a small Armory rotation containing existing cosmetics could mean a lot to players who still enjoy and play the game. Missing Assignment: MAS 44 Mastery I (Weapon Level 10 Bug)
Hello EA Support team, I reached level 10 with the MAS 44 in Battlefield V, but due to the known inventory/server sync issue, the 'MAS 44 Mastery I' assignment was never granted to my account. This is the last weapon I need to complete all gold masteries. I already tried reaching out through standard web support channels without success, which is why I'm posting here.
