Battlefield V not launching past splash screen
I have tried literally every guide and tutorial there is to fix this from completely removing and reinstalling my drivers, apps and the game to doing a clean boot and nothing has helped. So if you have any advide it would be appreciated and even if you don't all kind of interacting will help bring this problem forth so Ea will see it and provide a fix for me and all the other people with this problem.
Servers are (almost) unplayable: lag + stuttering
On top of the ongoing chat bug (for well over 3 weeks now, basically nobody can type/send messages), there’s a new major issue since the last 1–2 days: the servers are almost unplayable. What’s happening: heavy lag constant stuttering / hitching during gameplay This is not limited to one region — it affects both EU and Asian servers, and it happens on community servers as well as official DICE servers.
Sudden freezing, 0 fps.
Recently i downloaded BF 5. Then after hopping in my first game and later on, whenever i start new match the first 20 seconds are just sudden freezing. Fps drops to 0 in 5 seconds repeatedly. After that while playing all of sudden game drops down to 0 fps and it goes to normal for minutes then 0 fps again for 1 second. My temperatures are okay. I have RTX 4060, i5-12400f and 16GB ram.
Cheating in Asia Region getting RIDICULOUS!!!
For the last few weeks now, the amount of cheaters on BF V [DICE] servers is becoming intollerable! Every single game we have players that are; Speed hacking - Running around like the flash Multiple never ending rockets/grenades/etc. Wearing armor - To try to stay alive when being attacked Redeploying - Causing the whole server to die and then have to respawn Chat spamming to stop in-game communication There are at least 1 or more players on everys single game that are doing this!! A lot of the time it causes the servers to crash. My friends and I do everything that EA and the orum admins here tell us to do - Report them via the in-game method. I have been doing this for over 3 weeks now (for much longer since the game has been around) and yet, the same hackers are still running around doign the same cheating without, seemingly, any fear of getting their accounts banned! We have all paid money for the game and we want to be able to enjoy it still, and this is causing massive headaches for all the normal players out there! I have clips of hackers in game, from while I am playing and also while I am spectating them, showing they are still very much able to beat your new anti-cheat and it's not making a bit of difference to them and their cheats!! What are you doing about this? As it seems absolutely nothing!!! I used to get reports via email now and then that said you were takign action, and now there is nothing! Come on EA, you need to do better and look after your customers!!!Missing Weapon Mastery assignments in Battlefield V
Some weapons in my Battlefield V have reached max level 10, but their Weapon Mastery assignments are missing from my assignment list. I have restarted the game and played several matches, the tasks still do not show up. Please help restore these missing Weapon Mastery assignments to my account. It repeatedly says will not connect to ea online is there something I can do? I have reset everything and it allows me to play war thunder online so I know it’s not my internet…. I signed up for an ea account and a plantation plus account today as well. Any insight would be greatly appreciated
Battlefield V cannot launch after uninstalling Battlefield Lab
I am seeking assistance regarding a "DirectX device creation error" that renders Battlefield V completely unplayable. The error claims my NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4060 Laptop GPU does not support DirectX 11.0. Standard troubleshooting steps have failed to resolve the issue. I have already utilized Display Driver Uninstaller (DDU) to completely remove the NVIDIA drivers and performed a clean installation via the NVIDIA App. Additionally, I have cleared the EA App cache, verified the game file integrity on Steam, and reinstalled Battlefield V today, but the error persists and the game still will not launch. This problem originated last year after I participated in the Battlefield Lab alpha and beta test. Immediately following the uninstallation of Battlefield Lab, Battlefield V became entirely unlaunchable, producing this specific error. I do not have Battlefield 2042 or Battlefield 6 installed now, so I cannot confirm if other Frostbite engine titles are similarly affected.
