Regarding the issue of level resets due to anomalies in the Battlefield V game
Hello, my Battlefield V account had its level reset to zero a few years ago. However, in my unit settings, it still shows as level 500. Meanwhile, both in the game and in my profile, my level is displayed as 0. This prevents me from receiving certain rewards, and it’s unfair since I’m still considered level 0 in the game. I hope this issue can be resolved.😢
Battlefield 5 bugging out so bad I can't kill anyone
I have been playing Battlefield for a couple days now and almost every single time I've gone in there I've watched people running Underground I've watched people sniping me through mountains and buildings like how are they doing this is no one telling EA that this is happening I sit there and shoot somebody with a 50 caliber machine gun and it doesn't kill them like it says up to 250 points and they're still not dead and then they shoot me twice and I die how do I fix this
Stuck in "bleeding out" screen
This has been going on for some time, and im not sure why it happends, it just randomly does, i play normaly, then suddenly for some reason when i die, i get stuck in the revive screen. And i cant do anything more then to leave the game and rejoin, but just that as a thing is annoying.

The card runs seamlessly with all other applications including benchmark software or Ghost Recon Wildlands. I searched for a solution for quite a while, tried to uninstall (AMD uninstaller as well as DDU) and reinstalled the graphics drivers and even tried the registry workaround - with no effect. I am pretty pissed at this point. Why the hell it is necessary to prevent an application from starting? A message informing about possibly encountering issues due to incompartible gfx drivers would have been enough. Is there a way to bypass this check procedure? How often does the bug occur? On top of the ongoing chat bug (for well over 3 weeks now, basically nobody can type/send messages), there’s a new major issue since the last 1–2 days: the servers are almost unplayable. What’s happening: heavy lag constant stuttering / hitching during gameplay This is not limited to one region — it affects both EU and Asian servers, and it happens on community servers as well as official DICE servers.
Battlefield V suddenly stopped working – launch failures and freezes
Battlefield V was working perfectly fine for months, then suddenly it started failing to launch with the “An error on our end caused the launch to fail” message. After several attempts, the game now freezes during loading or gameplay and sometimes causes full system hangs requiring a restart. I already tried: Repairing the game Reinstalling EA AntiCheat Clearing EA App cache Updating and rolling back NVIDIA drivers Disabling DX12 Restarting services and system The issue started recently and I noticed many players reporting anti-cheat and server issues in Battlefield V lately. Please investigate if there is a backend or anti-cheat related problem affecting the game.
Frequent battlefield V crashes
Hi there, recently as I've been playing Battlefield V, the game will randomly crash and present me with a black screen. I'm not quite sure what's causing this and since I'm not super into the technical aspects of computers I thought maybe one of you could help me figure out what's what. Battlefield V is not opening
I'm attaching a video so that you guys can understand the problem. I try to explain it here also - When I try to open the game, the dialogue box opens, and it closes, but the game does not open. And when I check Steam, it shows the game is running and also shows run time, but in reality, I never played the game because it never opens.
