Help with BF V
So a friend on xbox gifted me the code to redeem a copy of battlefield V. (Im on PC and he is on xbox). I redeemed it using the xbox app on pc, but then there dosen't appear to be a way to download or install it. What am i doing wrong? It is in my library and says "owned" on the xbox app but I can't figure out how to download and install it. Thank you!
Servers are (almost) unplayable: lag + stuttering
On top of the ongoing chat bug (for well over 3 weeks now, basically nobody can type/send messages), there’s a new major issue since the last 1–2 days: the servers are almost unplayable. What’s happening: heavy lag constant stuttering / hitching during gameplay This is not limited to one region — it affects both EU and Asian servers, and it happens on community servers as well as official DICE servers.
System crashed and screen freezed
Battlefiled 1, Battlefiled V and Battlefiled 2042 crashed. When I launch games, running about 10 minutes, the screen been freezed, I can't move mouse, and keyboard not available. Computer be freezed. I use another device to ping my PC, it timeout. no crash dumps appear, also Windows can't catch dumps, no blue screen. I think CPU be freeze? System no responsive. Freezing every second when in-game however can move the cursor
I decided to install Battlefield V again after a while and every time I enter a game the game just freezes then is fine then freezes again then is fine once again its like it happens every second and when i finally am able to run around it just freezes then unfreezes I cannot for the life of me understand what is happening, is anyone else having this issue as its starting to irritate the life out of me SPECS RTX 4080 SUPER GIGABYTE, I9-14900KF, 32GB DDR5, 2TB NVME.Community server bug
I have been having this issue where when i create a community server the server is always NA rather than EU (when i live in eu and should be put in an eu server). Ive been having this problem already for a while now and it seems like this problem is happening more often than usual in recent times and its starting to get really irritating since its happening almost daily. Does anyone have a fix to this problem or is it a bug which will be repaired? Note: when I dont get eu I shut down server and restart it repeatedly but never works, ive tried changing some settings on the game but it never works, I made my friends try to create a server but even they have the same problem and it seems that the only solution is to wait hours to try again and finally get eu. Hope someone knows something about this!
Vehicle Movement Bug
W + D Not Working (Battlefield V) such a weird bug, it was working perfectly a month ago. now when im driving any vehicle (tanks, transport) W + D just doesnt work. the vehicle wont move forward-right at all. but W, S,A,D, W+A, S+D, S+A works fine Planes are completely normal. so its only vehicles with W + D i already tried: 1.verified gamefiles on Steam (same) 2.deleted all BFV settings/saves and reset everything related (same) 3.checked my keyboard (no issues at all in other games) 4.checked with other keyboard (same like my main keyboard) 5.cant find that Origin igo64.dll ppl talking about 10+years ago. this is messing up gameplay a lot since i cant move properly in vehicles. any clues?
