Re: how do i redeem premium pass

It is for Xbox One.  It is not a 25 character key like most Xbox Live Cards and will not let me redeem through Xbox one marketplace.  I have attached a picture of the card

The card tells me to go to a website and enter the key code, once that key code is entered they will email me the actual 25 character key to enter into xbox marketplace.  But, on their website I cannot find the correct option for my premium pass, this may be something I need to take up with their support staff?

Ah, thanks for the extra info. As you say, contacting support would be the way forward. What website does it ask you to log in to?
