Re: BF5 - Crash Straight to Desktop on Loading

Todays 4/4/2019 update fixed the crashing to desktop with DLSS, but 1 second stutters still occur with DXR. It seems to happen more than once early in the match. I meet PC requirements.

    I got the same problem  , what is  funny  after   reinstaling whole  game  I could play  one  match  then  problem  came back .

    Any  try  to  run  the game  I got  crash to  desktop  after  seeing  game menu .   Another  story is     I can  play  game in  single player  when  disconecting internet  cable.

    There is  something wrong with   game .exe  and  e.a account  I guess   

       WE  NEED  HELP  WITH FIXING   THIS PROBLEM

    I have  found out that   :  OriginWebHelperService.exe,   is  crashing all the time   check it online  and  many  users  got the same     E.A     What is  wrong with it ??
