"The server is now running content that you don't have"

After the October Update on Battlefield 1 (PS4), I haven't been able to play any of the new maps from any DLC, even though I am a Premium member and made sure that I had the correct content downloaded and installed (three times). All it says is "SERVER DISCONNECTED The server is now running content that you don't have...". I am not offline and can play the base game, but absolutely nothing from any recent DLC etc. This whole thing leaves me defeated and clueless to what I am supposed to do, I have never had this issue before when updating the game and right now it feels like it is a waste of money. 

I need a solution to my issue or otherwise I'll just stop playing the game.
