Your EA Battlelog soldier profile does not yet recognize this assignment to have been completed:
So if you have indeed truly completed it, then it points towards that the synchronization from your local game platform has not yet connected with the central EA located Battlelog records. A way to push this through is by playing a multiplayer match as well afterwards, as this triggers your central kept soldier profile to be updated. The Campaign program is a bit exceptional in the BF4 world, as its all offline run at your local station only. So any completion of it and the recognition of that takes some linkage after the fact.
Also another thing to consider is that it most often takes 3-4 days before any new achievements in general are being registered correctly in the battlelog for your soldier, So often some patience is required.
