Mar 21 patch , KEYBOARD fly only , PLANE (fighters) too slow PITCH UP bug ???

Summarize your bug Mar 21 patch , KEYBOARD fly only , PLANE (fighters) too slow PITCH UP bug ??? All maneuvers are slower after this Mar 21 patch , with keyboard fly only , especially climbing or PITCH UP in control setting . PITCH UP default key is DOWN ARROW , with G2/VA , having the same turning speed with bombers ... can't believe it . It was a BUG before if you fly keyboard only , that was the very first patch in BF5 , you had to set STICK control speed to 100% to fix it (KEYBOARD is not STICK) , and the old bug did not affect mouse control . Now , this BUG come again , even with 100% stick control speed , it's still way slower with UP/DOWN/LEFT/RIGHT ARROW control , I tried a mouse , a little bit faster , so I'm pretty sure this is a BUG . If any of you know how to fix it (maybe another strange setting) or let dice do the right , I'll be pleased.
