Yes, not so many live servers listed in your region!

And indeed, not any of them (not even the empty ones) appear to be run by DICE...

Now again, it all depends very much on which day in the week that you are are looking and also at what time of the day you want to play, as it can change a lot.  Aka afternoon and evenings are showing more.  And especially Friday and weekends are much more busy and you will see many more servers and players on those days/times.

DICE used to run servers across all the regions.  So a bit surprised if they don't do this anymore.  I can however see from the list, that the server hosting partners are running servers now to support the player population, so they will always be great for you to join if that is what you prefer.
