I contacted EA and they gave me this answer which I think is mistake because the sunset policy does not include BF4 DLC maps for PC:

Hey folks, thanks for making us aware of this, I've passed it on to the team and when I know more I'll update here in this thread.

Looks like they shut down the online services which impact all platforms.

HI everyone. I have the same problem here on PC via steam. Even in battlefield stroe and in battlelog it shows that i own all the DLC. But when i try to connect to the dlc server, in response i see sign "You are missing content". Is there any solution yet?

Fix the game pleeeese i want to play....

The question is they are gonna fix it? They still care about the game to fix it? Has been pass more than 24 hours since they broke the game and there's not a single official mention about the issue, not a single we sorry". I really hope they still care, because they just made a good sales of the game on Steam, that means a lot of new players that already are asking refunds because they thing they just buy a broked game. Let's hope they care about it and fit it soon.

Come on EA, this is total *. People have spent money on your game and it's not working right. You really need to fix this problem. I own the premium bf4 with all the dlc and unlocks for weapons and everything. I just bought it again from steam just to see if they were having the same problem and yes they are. So that was another waste of money. I've owend this game since it came out. Check my account. You were only supposed to sunset on PS3 and xbox. PC was not suppose to be effected. Get your Devs on this problem thats been going on now for 2 days. FIX THE * GAME!!!!

Three days now, still nothing!

"Battlefield 4, and Battlefield: Hardline will still be available for play on PC, Xbox One, and PlayStation 4. The announcement today does not affect these titles and platforms."

They better fix this quickly, because right now all the DLCs that people paid & pay for on PC are not accessible.

It looks like this was an intentional mistake, EA is shutting down 20 servers due to all DLC maps being turned off to save cost. And to gauge how players react to this and if EA can get away with it.

Since you shutdown the Playstation and XBOX Online Servers, you have also shutdown the DLC Maps and Guns/Gadgets for PC. With that, there has been a chaos with our Servers. I am an Admin for the most played Servers in PC and it is a chaos because all Players ask us what has happened. 

With that, I would kindly and firmly ask you, if you could fix the issue, because it may have went unnoticed for you guys, which is also normal. 

I wish you guys the best and let me know what the issue is.

So, I've wonder if it's intentional or just another bug from EA part, but these last days I've noticed all my DLC weapons and gadgets have been locked, even tho I've been using it for ages. Does EA knows about it? And as consumer's, when we might have this issue fixed? I have been playing battlefield 4 multiplayer on PC for more than 3000 hours, and I've never been so disappointed to the point of playing other franchises, or even older battlefield campagains, like BC2. Can any EA moderator, or developer, give us any info about the EA team acknowledge of the situation, and any date to expect this to be fixed? BF4 has been my passion for over 7 years on PC and I can't believe I've got home from work and can't play with my usual stuff. The biggest success of the franchise in latter times is glitched again, and none of the old timers are interested in BF2042, so can we please have our precious BF4 back?

I can't use any of my DLC weapons or even play the maps. The problem occured couple of days ago. 

Missing my ucav already

Wonder how long will take to be fixed, if takes considerably long to fix I'll probably uninstall BF4 and try something else for the time being.

i am missing my dlc content and would like to have it back.

can someone from ea explain to me why this is happening ?

why is it that there is no reaction from ea except some community managers that can't do anything but ask their superiors ?

Hello "customer service",

I am amazed to discover every time how many people do not understand the concept of customer service.

You crashed a DLC server because of a system change, you caused thousands of players heartache and left the situation like that for a whole weekend.

What the hell was so hard about putting the DLC back until you find out what caused the crash?

You had a year to prepare for this, how the hell can you screw it up.

It's just annoying to belittle your paying customers.

And if the entire technical team needs to sit down and fix the problem and not go home, then that's what you do, what the hell are you getting paid for.

Seems like everyone has the same issue on PC since the day that oldest gen console support was dropped.

It's annoying.. But also kinda nice not having to worry about UCAV spam...

DLC content still showing on Battlelog. So hope the assignment progress is not lost or anything.

+1 regular bf4 player with +5.5k hours
