Re: Battlefield 1 on PS4: You have lost connection to the EA servers

Hey @LukasoVanekCZ,

please try these troubleshooting steps, maybe they´ll help you:

https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/faq/connection-troubleshooting-basic/

https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/console/connection-troubleshooting-advanced-playstation/

And please make sure that your PSN and EA accounts use the same Email-address.

Keep us posted about this, good luck 🙂

    Hello, thanks for your reply.
I restarted everything, tested connection to the internet and then made sure that my accounts are linked. I found out that my e-mail was not verified, so i verified it and restarted again.
Still nothing changed. When i try to access Store or Soldier in the menu i get the same message about lost connection. Home and Multiplayer shows installing multiplayer at an incredibly slow speed. It takes already longer than it took me to download the entire game.
Is there any way to make it work? When i access my account on PC i see BF1 in my games list, the PS account is linked, every other game's multiplayer is in order.

I see, your game isn´t completely installed then?

Well, you have to wait until that process is finished, otherwise you won´t be able to play online.

And be sure to download the latest update, but usually that happens automatically.

Please have a little more patience, it should work after everything has finished installing.
