No dude, the bug has been in the game for over a year. The worst part is customer support just used to unlock the bugged guns. Now they just read off a prepared response telling you they can't help even though they clearly can.
The devs supposedly released a patch to fix it on december last year. It didnt do anything and they have been ignoring it ever since.
It makes me sick to my stomach.
I've been in a number of support conversations with this bug because I saw people say on the old threads that support could unlock the missing weapons but I was essentially told to just wait and hope DICE does something about it. I enjoy this game, but I have no interest in being gimped by having later class unlocks just locked away permanently.
That's just awful, I bought the game and can't even use the content I deserve

Summarize your bug Basically, weapons do not unlock. I bought the game a week ago and have been playing it since. Everything was just fine when suddenly, every time I levelled up a class, guns wouldn’t unlock. I am level 15 in Medic Class and the EMP (lvl 10), MP28 (lvl 13) and Mark VI Revolver (lvl 15) are still locked. This happens with every class. I’ve searched online for help but every solution I’ve tried did not work. I do not know what to do. Please help! Thanks a lot!

Summarize your bug Time and date not exactly correct, but somwhere around there and forwards. No weapons, items or rewards are beeing unlocked in any type of multiplayer game. Reaching rank 7 in Scout show the weapins beeing rewarded in the reward-timeline, but when trying to equipped they are still locked, displaying "Will be unlocked at rank X, or unlocked next round". Seems to happens for the assualt class aswell.

Same here , today my recon class had finally reach the level of 20 , but I did receive Kar 98K which should be unlock at this level . By the way Selbstlader 1906 can not gain XP but there is no problem for it to record the kill count .
Oh I keep playing recon for a while and then got that reward .
¨Tried playing more, got more ranks, played practice, etc etc. Nothing.
I also had similar problem at the moment on PC platform.......i can't get any weapon at all on all class...I did unlock vehicles though. So as of right now, i only purchase some guns with company coins, which i should have save use for upgrade the unlocked weapon instead. sigh
