@JemberPhysicist, alright, this indeed sounds a bit odd. It might be the case that the UI of Battlefield 4 needs to update in order to launch the Rev. Edition of BF1 straight from BF4.
Have you tried any troubleshooting steps yourself already? If not, I recommend doing the following:
- Repair BF4 and BF1 in Origin (Right-click on the game tiles and click Repair)
- Clear Origin cache: https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/faq/clear-cache-to-fix-problems-with-your-games/
- Reboot PC
- Log back into Origin
- First check if you are still able to boot BF1 Rev. Edition as normal
- Then check if you see a difference in the BF4 menu
It is possible that this will not work of course, then we might try other steps. However, the most important part of course is that the games themselves launch and work normally.
