weapon unlock

My weapons for Assault and Medic classes are not unlocking. I should have the MP40 and STG44 but neither are available. I have ranked up in a completed game and it did not sync up. Please can someone at EA support fix this for me?

    @steve_111319 Hi, you're solution for now is:
    Go play practice mode
    - Choose Practice vs other players
    - Keep playing until rank level up (weapon rank or class rank)
    - 1 rank needed, after this weapons unlocked.
    Hope it will work for you. Don't quit till level ranked.
