It sounds like this is most likely an account-related issue, but I'm afraid that's not something we can look into here on Answers HQ.
The best thing to do would be to reach out to the EA Help team so they can take a look. You can find more information on how to set up a case with them over at the EA Help website. You can also speak with them over Twitter or Facebook instead, if you prefer.

Already spoke with EA help, they didn't help because it is on Steam.
Also steam doesn't help because it is game from EA company/Origin.
Problem is not solved..

yes and no.
I tried many different ways running BF1, even with origin off,and origin on
Community ManagerWhat happens if you try starting up your PC in a Clean Boot before you launch the game? If there's anything else running in the background that could be interfering that might help get around it.
