Re: how to transfer stats from xbox one to ea origin account

Hello @chris23nitro ,

At the moment, there is no cross-platform support for this game.

All games and in-game content are tied to the platform on which they were activated. EA cannot transfer rewards, test results, achievements, or in-game progress. For example, if you purchased a game on your PlayStation or Xbox account, EA will not be able to transfer your game to a PC.

In this regard, the transfer between platforms is not possible.

Cheers

@AvengerRanger I see you've explained this above but if EA can keep your account information, all those games, and is supposed to be the best of the best in games... Why is that capability not built into your games. Cross platform means nothing. it's game stats. You make your games, you can make a common export file. even excel can put out CSV files. I know it's not you specifically but I'd love to hear from the "upper crust" why this isn't fiscally important? Your games are cross platform so you have no reason to screw everyone on every platform.

Just thought I'd ask. I guess I'll just carry my xBox around in a laptop bag for now

@semistealth At this point it is not a question whether it is possible or not. The development of the game has been stopped a really long time ago, so most likley we won´t see any updates for the game. We´ll see how this looks in BF6. Cross plattform support has been rumored to be a thing in the new itteration of the game.
  • @N4v1s My Apologies, I have NFS Heat. I didn't realize this forum was game specific until just now. My sentiment remains the same though. Is syncing on it's way down the pipeline? I'd love to have game progress be able to be retained in the cloud. Looking at your forums as well as numerous web posts, I'm not the only one. PS. Thanks for getting back to me so quickly. Kudo's regardless of whether the news is good or bad.

Hey @semistealth, I don't believe cross-progression will be retroactively added to older titles but never say never. If it does happen, I'm sure they'd give everyone a heads up on their official channels.
