Why is there no Turkish voice-over?

There are 5 Ottoman maps in the Bf1 game, but there is no Turkish voice acting in the game. There is no translation of the English voice-over, please provide Turkish voice-over or Turkish translation. Thank you

I found this info on bf1 fandom page about the Ottoman Empire:
    https://battlefield.fandom.com/wiki/Ottoman_Empire#Trivia

    MULTIPLAYER
Ottoman Empire is one of seven factions appearing in the base game of Battlefield 1. Fighting against the British Empire exclusively in the Middle East, with locations ranging from Mesopotamia, the Gallipoli Peninsula to British controlled Egypt.

    Maps:
    -Achi Baba
    -Cape Helles
    -Fao Fortress
    -Sinai Desert
    -Suez

    TRIVIA
-Ottoman Empire soldiers speak Modern Turkish rather than Ottoman Turkish. This is because of very few if any, speakers of Ottoman Turkish remain.
-If the in-game language is English and the "Soldier Speaks My Language" option is turned on, Ottoman soldiers will use the voice lines for American soldiers instead of the usual British dialogue. The reason for this is so that the player can still distinguish between friendly soldiers and enemy British soldiers.
