- Battlefield 1 Trail is available for all users for free, only 10 hours. You don't have to pay subscription (If you mean Origin Access). But note that Battlefield 1 Trail version doesn't have any DLC for multiplayer mode. It's just a base game.
- Yes, DLCs will be installed along with the game, you won't have to download them separately as far as I remember. But note that these DLCs should be purchased on your EA/Origin Account.
