Yo, don’t worry you are not alone with this problem. I have tried desperately for a fix but nothing has worked. The good side is I spoke to an EA agent and they said the game should be fixed pretty soon and they are aware of this issue so don’t worry and you can just play other games while waiting for a fix.

The issue for me was within my antivirus (Bitdefender)
I will show you a step by step guide if you are using Bitdefender, plus you do not need to delete any EA anticheat files!
Step 1: Open Bitdefender and head to the protection tab.
Step 2: Open the Antivirus section, and under advanced, shut off bitdefender shield. (This means you're basically turning off your antivirus.)
Step 3: Again under the protection tab, open advanced threat defense and under settings, turn off advanced threat defense.
Step 4: Enjoy a Battlefield 5 without cheaters!
Btw: If you are using another antivirus, try turning off an option that says the antivirus is continuosly monitoring device activity in the background.

Oh I'm also using BitDefender I am going to try this.
Doesn't work for me. Btw i added Battlefield V folder as a exception, and did not work. It can be the antivirus but i'm not disabling my antivirus to play a game. EA AC Client has a digital license for the antivirus don't detect the AC as a virus. I'm waiting for another solve
Okay. I tried this BitLocker disable "fix" and I was able to get BF V to run. NOT a good solution ... I know we have gone through the Collapse of the Roman Empire/New Dark Age phase of software development, but even so, they did not catch this in testing????? Sounds like a junior high school version of Agile Scrum (which is all that exists anymore) run amuck.
