Re: Weapons are flicking and texture disappears.

Looks like LOD fighting,  similar to z-fighting 

LOD fighting is where 2 different lods ( level of detail ) models fight for the same screen space resulting in the flickering.

Check your gpu control panel ( nvidia control panel with nvidia ) and ensure negative lod bias is set to allow.

Also ensure texture filtering,  quality etc is at the default.

Also try clearing your directx cache and battlefield cache.

Press windows key and R to open the "run" command.

Paste the following in

%LOCALAPPDATA%\Battlefield V

Hit enter

Delete ALL of the files within that directory When the window opens.

Press windows key + R again and paste this in to the run command
%LOCALAPPDATA%\D3DSCache

Delete all of the files ( folders ) in that location also.

Afterwards,  Run the game again and see if that fixes the issue for you.
